Excellent stay but they must improve the cleaning.
Pros:

I had room service breakfast nearly everyday. The quality and service was excellent. It is the heart of Curtin University and there are restaurants and a small supermarket right next to the hotel. I was visiring my father who is in the Hilltop Aged care home so it was very convenient. I did not need a car or public transport.

Cons:

My only criticism regards the cleaning of the room. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was onw of the worst. They were unable to clean the floor of the bathroom. It was not good.

All good except one chambermaid who is unhelpful.
Pros:

Both lady receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
The room is clean, the view from the balcony is very nice, the bed is comfortable, the location is convenient, a supermarket is nearby.

Cons:

There is only one middle age chambermaid who is not so helpful. The rest of the young chambermaids are very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was less than 30 minutes from the airport and was great for a one night stopover before heading south.
Pros:

Spacious and very clean. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Locating the property was a bit of a challenge as signage is very limited.

Chose for location, but because of price and other factors, would not repeat stay.
Pros:

Would be great if visiting your child going to the university. Our children didnt. Room was nice.

Cons:

Was very difficult for people picking us up and ourselves to find, the smallest sign ever. Parking extra and a bit of a hike with suitcases. Students staying were very loud in the hallways at night. Had to ask for extra tea coffee etc on a daily, 1 each supplied.
