Petit déjeuner excellent, gentillesse du personnel et très bon emplacement

Cons:

Le service laissait à désirer : room service lent le 1er soir et erreur sur les boissons, oubli de mettre des serviettes de bain un jour, les verres du room service du 1er soir ont mis 3 jours à être débarrassés, les dessus de drap étaient en mauvais état un jour (troué et abîmé).

We really enjoyed our stay and the location
Pros:

Location was great, settled in a beautiful residential area, safe for walking to cafes and restaurants. Staff was truly attentive and polite.

Cons:

The rooftop restaurant did not really have views when sitting down and it was the are that felt less welcoming. The beds were quite firm so a but uncomfortable there

צוות מדהים. אגוסטין מלצר בארוחת הבוקר - איש נעים,שירותי וחם- נותן הרגשה של בית.
שהיינו בחדר 1203 והחדרנית הייתה מדהימה, הבינה בדיוק איך אנחנו אוהבים את הסדר בחדר ופינקה אותנו במים וקפה (לאחר שפעם אחת ביקשנו תוספת ) שהתאימו בדיוק לצרכינו.
כולם ממש נחמדים ! נעימים ונותני שירות ללא רבב!

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Nice location - lovely leafy neighborhood. Wonderful attention to detail - snacks in the room (no charge), steamer for clothes, record players and records in the room. Amazing breakfast. Best buffet ever.

Cons:

Didn’t love frosted glass toilet stall.

Super freundliches Personal. Das super Frühstück Buffet. Die Lage und sehr bequemen Bette und Zimmerausstattung

Cons:

Die Zimmertüre ist nicht isoliert und deshalb kann man alles vom Gang hören. Beim Check-in um 2am war die Rezeption beim Eingang wo die Taxis halten, nicht besetzt. Wir konnten auch kein Hinweis sehen, dass in der Nacht die Rezeption sich in der oberen Etsgge nach der Rolltreppe befindet Der Swimmingpool ist so klein das er eher sich als Planschbecken eignet. Auch gibt es kein Platz für Liegestühle und 2 von den wenigen, waren unter der Dusche platziert.

Comfortable, Clean and in a great location
Pros:

Great location in Condesa and very close to Roma Norte- we pretty much walked everywhere but also getting a taxi/Uber was quick. Very nice, clean hotel and the staff were friendly and accommodating! Would happily stay here again.

Chic Condesa stay
Pros:

Chic, fun and welcoming hotel in leafy Condesa location. The room is stylish and comfortable, with good storage, big TV and comfy beds. The bathroom had a huge shower. Breakfast was amazing – the buffet is very extensive, I can hardly remember a hotel breakfast that had as many options as this. I particularly liked the range of Mexican food options and the dedicated Vegan section. The rooftop pool is small but gorgeous, and it was pretty special to watch sunset there.

Cons:

Most of the Rooms face out onto Avenida Insurgentes and were very noisy including through the night. Bring earplugs! The lighting in the room is atmospheric and Moody, which means there isl no overhead lighting, this made reading, putting on make up etc tricky.
