O hotel é bem localizado, no centro de Chapecó, tem vários restaurantes, bares e pizzarias por perto, o hotel é muito limpo, os funcionários muito atenciosos, o quarto é confortável e o café da manhã é muito bom.

Cons:

A cama é confortável mas um pouco estreita, se tivesse cama tamanho queen seria o ideal.
