It was wonderful. The room was large enough. The cleanliness of the facility was excellent. The location was very exclusive, easy to reach, and quiet. Thank you for everything.

The location is very nice.
There was hot water always.

Cons:

I booked a room for 2 person with two double beds but i was in a room with two single beds. After my complains they let me know that there are no double beds even if that was the description. I didn't even receive any discount. Also the room was not completely cleaned from the previous person. There were open products in the fridge, tge kitchen cabinet was dirty with food leftovers and there was a dirty sticky spoon at the drawyer

Alles super bis auf das Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Frühstück war leider nicht Buffetform. Man musste über einen Bestellzettel sein Frühstück zusammenstellen. Nicht so schön, wenn man das bestellte dann nicht bekommen hat. Hat auf jeden Fall noch Luft nach oben.

Sehr zentrumsnah, kurze Wege in die Altstadt. Alles gut per Fuß zu erreichen.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, da nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt.
Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und ruhig.
Fahrstuhl vorhanden.
Frühstück hatte alles, was es braucht.
Parkplätze im Innenhof, vorher reservieren.
Interessante Geschichte des Hauses, Kolpinghaus.

Comodo e pulito
Pros:

Comodo da raggiungere dal centro storico e fuori dal caos. Struttura recente e ben organizzata. Abbiamo passato solo una notte ma devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. Check-in online stupendo, così all'arrivo in 2 minuti ti danno il codice per la camera.

Cons:

Peccato che non ci sia la lingua Italiano ne sul sito e nemmeno sulle email che ti arrivano per effettuare tutte le operazioni di check-in online e istruzioni per le camere. non c'è la colazione.
