Pros:

Frühstück war angemessen. Wir waren soziemlich alleine und der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, gerade als mal ein Produkt aus war.

Cons:

Leider war unser Fenster defekt, und der Straßenlärm an einer Kopfsteinfensterstraße war schon sehr laut.

Pros:

The location is great, the room was neat and very clean - the service is the best I've experienced in ages and I've stayed in quite a few four star hotels lately.

The staff was so helpful and nice, even helped me out fixing thr broken handle of my suitcase!

Great hotel and lovely people!

Pros:

Recepció amable i disposada. Ubicació en zona tranquila per un bon descans però propera al centre per disfrutar de la ciutat. Habitacions àmplies, funcionals i netes. Finestres practicables i grans.

Cons:

La primera habitació en la que vam estar acabava de ser pintada i feia olor, ens van canviar tant bon punt ho vam demanar. Se sentia una mica l'ascensor pujar i baixar.

Schlechter Kundenservice!

Wir haben schon öfter im Townhouse übernachtet und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Leider beim letzten Aufenthalt nicht!
2 mal kam Hotelpersonal ohne klopfen oder Ankündigung ins Zimmer. Dagegen kann man leider nichts tun, denn es ist nicht möglich, das Zimmer von innen abzuschließen!!!

Da haben wir uns nicht wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt!
Nach einer Information bezüglich der Situation an den Service des Hotels, wurde uns zunächst eine Rückerstattung unserer Übernachtungskosten versprochen. Das ist jetzt 1 Woche her, es gab keine Rückerstattung und auch, nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme, keinerlei Reaktion mehr!

Nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man einen entspannten Aufenthalt genießen möchte!
