Bonito hotel con problemas de mantenimiento
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y muy cómodas

Cons:

En ese momento el elevador no estaba en funcionamiento y no era muy cómodo subir 2 pisos, también las albercas no tenían buen mantenimiento, están muy descuidadas

Fue una experiencia q superó mis expectativas, es un lugar muy bonito tal como se presenta.
Pros:

El hotel en realidad me gustó muchísimo, la limpieza el recibimiento (llegamos casi a la media noche y nos atendieron muy bien) la construcción es preciosa, las habitaciones increíbles.

Cons:

la luz en la habitación podría mejorarse un poco, solo eso.

Los jardines son preciosos, las camas son muy cómodas, la comida es deliciosa y todo está super limpio, el personal es bastante atento y detallista en el servicio

Cons:

Las almohadas no son las más cómodas y que la alberca no estuviera 100% caliente, es templada y estuvo bien, pero podría ser más caliente

Una experiencia a 3/4 satisfactoria
Pros:

La arquitectura y la habitación el buffet fue agradable que el check-out lo pudimos hacer hasta las 3 quiero creer que es por que era temporada baja pero fue un gran detalle.

Cons:

Aunque la habitación era cómodo y muy silenciosa la vista de la ventana daba a la bodega de intendencia y no fue agradable

La alberca le faltaba mantenimiento y el agua estaba fría y un poco y los bajo puentes muy abandonados demasiado lodo y creo que es la primera impresión al llegar

Parecen más un canal seco que un paso vehicular

Pros:

El edificio es muy bonito y el personal de aseo es amabilísimo, pero la lluvia se mete a las habitaciones, no hay cafetera en la habitación, el teléfono de nuestra habitación no tenía ni conexión, el agua no salía caliente. No regresaremos.
