Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, zentral gelegen vom Bahnhof, zentral gelegen zum Theater Metropol, zentral gelegen zur Altstadt (fußläufig). Das Frühstück sehr vielseitig..der junge Mann mit den roten Hosenträger war super freundlich und hilfsbereit..extra Lob an ihn..tolles moderne Zimmer und Badezimmer..ruhig trotz großer Straße..Einrichtung Frühstücksraum sehr professionell..extremer Sicherheitsaufwand bei den Türen..weiter so !!

Pros:

Sehr bequeme Betten, großes Zimmer, sehr gute Lage, Parkhaus nahe.

Cons:

In den 6 Tagen gab es keinen Zimmerservice, nach frischen Handtüchern musste ich an der Rezeption fragen.
Im Speiseraum beim Frühstücks lief ständig ein Hund herum (er gehörte zum Personal). Das finde ich nicht besonders hygienisch, aber dass er auch öfter zu mir kam und mich auch während des Essens beschnüffelte, fand ich echt unangenehm.
