Pros:

Если вы планируете перемещаться по ближайшим городам, расположение у отеля достаточно удачное - 25-30 минут пешком до станции Киото, также на прямом автобусе можно доехать до Арасиямы, и дойти до центра за 20-30 минут. Рядом несколько комбини.
Персонал очень приветливый, помогли решить несколько вопросов, выдали по запросу адаптеры.

Cons:

В номере только 2 капсулы для кофемашины, если необходимо еще - нужно спускаться на ресепшн и просить. Одна стиральная машина на достаточно большой отель, по вечерам часто бывает занята, нужно поймать момент, чтобы загрузить свои вещи. Стиральная машина принимает только монеты номиналом 100 йен, их нужно заранее поменять в необходимом вам количестве.

Staff were so friendly and helpful!
Pros:

Really comfortable place to home to at the end of the day! Good size bathroom and handy to have a washer/dryer onsite. Right next to a 711 to grab stuff from. Free pod coffee too which was nice!
