Un lugar lindo, en donde tu presencia o ausencia, no hace la diferencia para ellos

No tenía nada de información del lugar, fue difícil encontrarlo.
Al llegar de milagro estaba la señora de la limpieza, pues no había nadie que me informara de las claves para entrar, nunca hubo una persona que me orientara acerca del hotel, clave de internet, uso de instalaciones, no tenía idea que había desayuno, no había ni café en las áreas comunes, entre y salí y nadie notó mi ausencia o presencia, muy muy impersonal todo. Creo que lo que salva mi experiencia es, efectivamente, lo lindo del lugar y lo céntrico

que alguien te dé la bienvenida, la señora que me atendió, de milagro estaba ahí, y hasta que no llamó por teléfono a alguien, no me dejó entrar, me enseñó la clave y mas me valía anotarlas, porque nunca hubo nadie más a quien preguntar nada, ni la clave de internet. Eso no me gustó, me sentí perdida

Did not stay left and booked a actual hotel this place is like a prison or a cheap motel dirty, old
Pros:

Nothing do not use booking.com for your reservations I disputed this booking which I never stayed at and never received a refund the hotel and the accommodations were not as advertised

Cons:

Terrible property not as advertised no one to meet you no one speaks English dirty and worn stains on bedding just horrible experience we left and booked another hotel

Good stay, terrible customer service.
Pros:

Very good location and facilities are ok, although there is a very poor customer service; impossible to get hold of anyone at the hotel to arrange for entry or exit, late check out or access codes.

Cons:

The place does not provide fiscal invoices, and requests payments in cash. I have attempted to contact the administration to obtain a official invoice, without avail. The cleaning lady is effectively running the entire property and seems completely overwhelmed with any slightly extraordinary request.

Quirky Interiors, but terrible service.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

The staff was very rude, I was accused of battering the door to my room and was asked to be gentle while closing it; when in fact it was the draft from the balcony. I suggested they install door-closer to avoid this from happening. The cleaning lady suggested I pay my night extension in cash which would have been more expensive than booking, they also dont provide fiscal invoices which is a crime.

Lo malo es que no hay estacionamiento. Se tiene que dejar el carro en la calle
