Hotel bien placé, mais la chambre n'était pas très propre.
Pros:

L'emplacement, bonne proximité avec les activités de seoul que nous voulions faire. Pas bruyant et l'hôtel était dans l'ensemble propre.

Cons:

Le personnel n'a pas été très sympathique lors du checkin. La chambre n'était pas très propre. Nous avons découvert une paire de chaussettes au pied du lit qui n'était pas à nous, des insectes écrasés sur le mur de la salle de bains et dans la chambre qui n'avaient pas été nettoyés et le rideau de douche très jaune/orange.

立地はすごく良いです。
広蔵市場はすごく高いですし、ミョンドンまで
歩ける距離です。最寄り駅までも近いです。

近くにCUがあり、小腹が空いた時は寄ってました。
変換プラグが必要かなと思ってましたが、
このホテルは、要らなくて普通にコンセント差し込めます。ちょっとだけ力いりますが。ヘアアイロンを持っていきましたが壊れることなく使えました。

トイレは、トイレットペーパー流せます。
シャワーとトイレが隣同士でどう頑張っても
少しトイレ側に水が飛びます！
不快な方はサンダルとかあった方がいいかもです。
部屋用のスリッパ、タオルは備え付けです。

الاستمرارية بالنجاح تحتاج عمل و متابعة

الموقع ممتاز قريب من كل شيء .... طاقم الاستقبال متعاون ..
الكفي ممتاز ... مكان الغسيل في الأسفل ممتاز و يوجد نادي رياضي

طاقم النظافة وقتهم غير مناسب إلى 11 صباحًا و يمرون من عند أكياس النفايات في الممرات خارج الغرف و لا يحملونها قد تجلس أيام دون إزالتها .. الغرف لا تخضع لصيانة و تجديد ( مقارة بزيارتي العام الماضي )حيث أخذت غرفة و جناح و جميعها كانت مراوح السحب الهواء بدورات المياه متعطلة ..
و أبواب السحب لدورات المياه تحتاج صيانة و ورق الجدران في السقف يحتاج صيانة

A big thank you to the staff member from Uzbekistan for their outstanding hospitality and service. We truly appreciated their sincere apology on behalf of the housekeeping team’s oversight. Their professionalism and strong sense of responsibility deserve recognition.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was seriously lacking. Upon check-in, the room was still dirty. On the second day, we requested a full cleaning, but unfortunately, no cleaning was done at all. We hope this matter receives proper attention from the hotel management, as we understand that front desk staff may be exhausted from repeatedly handling complaints caused by the poor performance of the housekeeping team.
