Las peores noches del viaje
Pros:

Bien ubicado, tuvimos problemas con la cama y nos cambiaron de habitación sin problemas.

Cons:

El desayuno era muy malo y pobre, aunque nos cambiaron de habitación la cama seguía siendo mala el colchón estaba gastado y su “solución” fue poner dos colchones gastados uno encima del otro.

チェックインの前も、チェックアウトの後も、快く荷物を預かって頂け、エレベーターの
安全もしっかりされていて、丁寧な接客に、
お部屋もすごく清潔にドライヤーなどどこにあるかもわかりやすく、テレビの画面が大きくて、ベットもお布団もふかふかで、本当快適に過ごさせて頂きました。

Great location but value for money not exceptional
Pros:

The location is great. Right next to the subway.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable. The cleaning staff took a spare pillow I owned. It was an accident, caught up in the bed sheets, but was an inconvenience. The shower and tub were not particularly clean when we arrived.

清潔感がある部屋でした。
スタッフの方もとても感じ良かった。

Cons:

エレベーターに乗る時カードキーをかざす説明はあったが、乗ってからもかざす説明はなく、
知らずに階数ボタン押しても点灯せず、乗り合わせた方が、エレベーター内も設置されてるのでルームカードかざすんですよと教えてくれました。翌日やはり、知らなかった宿泊客の方と一緒になりましたので、お教えしました。
