Cons:

De hele check in procedures was met machines. Ze waren niet gebruiksvriendelijk.
De kamers waren piepklein. Als je met z'n tweeën in bed slaapt, met de een over de ander klimmen om in en uit bed te komen.
De badkamer was heel erg klein, zeker voor een lang persoon niet makkelijk.
Het ontbijt van 1.600 Yen is goed voor mensen in de ochtend Japans eten lusten. Meer internationale gasten kunnen kiezen uit oud witbrood met boter of jam. Op de vraag aan de medewerker hoe dat brood kon roosteren liep ze weg.
Al met al een zeer teleurgestellende ervaring.
Jaren geleden heb ik wel eens in het Apa hotel in Tennoji Osaka overnacht. De kamers waren niet zo klein en in de ochtend werd er een continentaal ontbijt geserveerd.

Value exceeds the price for a great experience
Pros:

Hotel was incredibly well located, right in front of a Gion station exit with a Lawson right outside. Seamless check-in and check-out. The front counter staff was very polite and helpful.
