Pros:

Great location - easy to access everything you need to see & do. Nice hotel and facilities. Friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable rooms - although the standard doubles are a bit small. Good breakfast with freshly made omelettes.

Cons:

The location is a bit noisy in the early morning due to delivery trucks etc. probably made worse as we were on 1st floor. We had heavy rain when we stayed and our room (106 I think) suffered from a very noisy dripping on to the roof of the bay window - which kept us awake most of the night. Only an issue if it rains and to be fair, when we complained the hotel staff upgraded us to a top floor suite ( which was great) at no extra cost.

Pros:

Przytulny hotel w niedalekiej odległości od głównych atrakcji Malagi. Zarazem cichy, choć oddalony od głównej ulicy raptem o kilkadziesiąt metrów. Bardzo blisko do katedry, starego miasta oraz części portowej. Obiekt oddalony 5 minut od stacji Alameda, co ułatwia transport w inne części miasta. W okolicy dużo restauracji z różnymi rodzajami kuchni. W hotelu bardzo smaczne śniadania kontynentalne. Różnorodność wszystkiego, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jak na standardy hiszpańskie to dużo warzyw do śniadania. Bardzo pomocny personel, począwszy od obsługi kuchni po pracowników recepcji i serwis sprzątający. Czystość pokoju bez żadnych zastrzeżeń, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Przyjemny lobby bar do posiedzenia wieczorem przy drinku.

Wszystko było w porządku.

Fantasztikus szálloda, elképesztő kínálatú reggelivel, rendkívül kedves személyzettel.
Pros:

Rendkívül barátságos, figyelmes és segítőkész személyzet, mindennapos takarítás és törölközőcsere (még ha nem is kértük). A reggeli isteni, hatalmas választék, plusz mindig megkérdezték, hogy kérünk-e esetleg mást (tortilla, rántotta frissen készítve). Ami részemről kiemelkedő volt a reggelit illetően a legalább 4-5 féle alternatív tej és a müzlihez kikészített kurkuma és algapor.
Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, aminek egyetlen hátránya van Malagában (mindenhol), hogy elég hangos, ha késő este az ember pihenni szeretne és nem a bárokban ülni. De ez a spanyol városok forgalmas részein mindig így van, hozzá kell szokni. Rövid sétával minden elérhető távon belül van, kiváló étterem már 50 méterre.
Amire fel kell készülni, ha autót bérel az ember, hogy garázsa a hotelnek nincs, és a környező utcákban a parkolás lehetetlen, kevés a hely és mindig minden foglalt. Bár a recepción ezzel kapcsolatban is segítőkészek voltak, mert ha találtunk volna parkolót, akkor a hotelen keresztül kicsit olcsóbb lett volna az utcai parkolás. Viszont több nagy őrzött parkolóház is van a közelben 24h szolgálattal, így aki autózni készül, ezzel kalkuláljon.
Összességében fantasztikus a hely, bármikor ide mennék vissza. Köszönjük ezt a csodás tartózkodást a hotelnek!

Pros:

Excellent accommodation. The room was well appointed, it had everything we needed. It was clean, fresh and up to date without being brash. Lightning was very good. The complimentary filtered water fountain was very helpful. We were welcomed very efficiently and with genuine friendliness and with helpful information. Excellent location.

Cons:

The alley into which the window opened was a bit noisy at times.

Habitaciones muy muy chicas. No tiene un bar para tomar o comer algo en el hotel. Las valoraciones tan positivas están siendo demasiado benevolentes.

Pros:

Modern design, comfy bed, walk in shower. Good layout of the room. Nice ceiling fan too. Décor lovely. Good location to harbour and city centre.
Little note left from hotel before final evening.
Easy online check in with friendly staff to greet.

Cons:

Not the hotel's full fault on the behaviour of people walking down the street but 2 nights running we noticed loud noise and if on the one side of the hotel you get a street full of mopeds.
Only two poor English channels which were repetitive news.
