Pros:

Place was nice and wasn't crowded. The nearest train station, Iriya, is quite a bit of walk though. Takes 7-10 minutes if you walk fast. Otherwise, room was large and spacious. I do wish the property had a system to take documents ahead of time through Expedia so I don't need to print them.

5 star no doubt.
Location is good. There are nearby convenient store, supermarket, cafe, Bus Station & 5-8mins walk from the nearby Iriya Train Station.
We took the Deluxe and got the corner room and we love it. The space is very big and comfortable. We have all the necessity we needed and its very clean. Furniture & furbish wise looks new.
No doubt one of the best stay in Tokyo :)

很乾淨安靜的住宿，距離地鐵站走路8分鐘稍遠但還可以接受。走路2分鐘有便利商店採買很方便，員工很友善，主動提供協助。另外缺點是聯絡不方便，平台協助打電話都沒人接。chech in密碼入住當天下午才拿到，令人感覺很不安心，若有需要協助的地方似乎很難找到人，這點可以改善就更好了

無人的服務還是會有落差
Pros:

這一次入住四天理論上兩天打掃一次，應該在第三天早上離開後打掃，但是因為第一天入住的時候地上就有看到頭髮詢問有沒有吸塵器，房東表示隔天早上會來打掃，所以第二天早上有來打掃，但是這樣第三天就沒來了，等於毛巾在234天都用同一條，事後反應，他說要提前要求，我想問題很明顯。
