El personal super amable
Pros:

El personal que nos atendió super amables desde el momento del check in

Cons:

Que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, no había sal ni una esponja para lavar los platos faltaban cosas básicas de un estudio.

Pros:

Super W-LAN, Stellplatz vorhanden, Zimmer grundsätzlich ok sauber, die Wasserhähne könnten jedoch öfters entkalkt werden

Cons:

Personal war unglücklicherweise während meiner Anreise unterbesetzt, sodass es gedauert hat, meine Fragen zu beantworten. Den Hinweis, doch ChatGPT für meine Fragen zu nutzen fand ich ehrlich nicht gastfreundlich. Außerdem war der Feueralarm um 2 Uhr nachts auch nicht cool (wobei das Hotel nichts dafür kann... hat halt schon mein Aufenthaltserlebnis beeinflusst). Das Hotel kann auch nichts dafür, dass Hotelgäste im Treppenhaus "einfach mal so" auf den Boden spuken. Die Gegend ist etwas trostlos durch die leerstehenden Bürogebäude in der Nähe.

Pros:

The space is very comfortable, the staff is incredibly friendly, everything is very clean. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. The breakfast served at the hotel (19€ - person) was a good selection also for vegetarians. The only thing which would be a bit problematic in hotter months is the lack of AC in the rooms but with black out curtains you can keep in the cool during the day and air out in the morning and evening. Also the atmosphere of the hotel is very lovely!

Ottima esperienza, un angolo di Brasile a Monaco
Pros:

Arredata con cura e fantasia, il personale è stato molto disponibile e socievole, la colazione super, c’era un angolo giochi per bambini e adulti. Non abbiamo usufruito di palestra e rooftop, che però sono sicuramente un bel plus. Parcheggio disponibile a pagamento ma anche libero nel quartiere. Mezzi pubblici vicini.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera viene fatta ogni 3 giorni, quindi se si viaggia con bambini va considerato. La lavastoviglie era un po’ sporca, ma non ha influito minimamente sul nostro ottimo soggiorno.

Perfekt
Pros:

Tolles und sehr sauberes Haus, Lage perfekt mit ÖPNV direkt vor der Tür. Frühstück war sehr gut .. alles Top wir kommen wieder .
