nice place to stay but dining not very satisfying!
Pros:

Stay in hotel was good. Unfortunately, hoping for a great meal I decided an expensive (Approx. $78.00 American Money) Steak Dinner Meal and it was 85% fat and i couldn't eat any of it. No discount, refund or no one other than receptionist that would confirm or talk to me regarding the payment and loss of meal.

No Hot Water!!!

No hot water, rats droppings, plastics in our food we ordered at the restaurant. Bed uncomfortable, no remote for television.

Excellent staff. Made reservation through Expedia but front desk had no record of it. They found me a room and honored the Expedia price. Great restaurant on site that will deliver food to your room.

Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece, mal servicio. La piscina no servía y ni siquiera nos avisaron, sin embargo, pagamos por ese servicio. Nos querían cobrar $250 por un Sándwich. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo ni volvería a ir, para su costo hay mejores opciones.

Pros:

El hotel ya está muy deteriorado. En el rango de precios hay mejores opciones en la ciudad. Uno de los atractivos es la alberca, sin embargo está totalmente emohecida, verde, ni siquiera considerar meterse.

Todo lo que puedes esperar de un hotel
Pros:

El estacionamiento se encontraba exactamente frente al cuarto. Todo en la habitación estaba perfectamente limpio y ubicado. Los restaurantes de primera. El check in rápido y preciso y el personal excelente. No había ruidos molestos en absoluto.
