A great experience.
Pros:

I liked the location and the friendly staff

Cons:

I didn’t like that we came at 10:03 in the morning to have breakfast. We were declined although the breakfast was till 10:30. They have the policy: final entry at 10:00. We explained that we want order anything and that we only will eat fruit. They still wouldn’t let us in. We then anyway sat down and took some fruit.

Overall, there were some really nice and helpful staff at the front desk.
Pros:

Location to train stations. On level 14, there was a great view of the city.

Cons:

Being on the executive level meant that I had free access to the bar in my room and drink on level 2 from 5pm to 11pm. But I don’t really drink much alcohol. So it didn’t really benefit me.

Die Zentrale Lage in Ginza

Cons:

Ausblick auf ein anderes Hochhaus und das trotz Junior-Suite.
Das Zimmer war einfach klein. Keinen Platz für Koffer und es gab keinen aufmerksamen Service für 5 Sterne.
Da bin ich einfach anderes gewohnt.
Das Zimmer an sich ist super schön und neu. Die Qualität des Bettes war auch super. Badezimmer neu und sauber. Alles bestens. Aber bedingt durch die Aussicht auf ein 2 m entferntes Gebäude bei einer Junior-Suite war das Zimmer nur als Schlafzelle zu betrachten. Es lud nicht ein, im Zimmer zu verweilen. Und das geht deutlich günstiger.
