Some aspects of the hotel were first rate while others let it down
Pros:

It was a well located property was clean and reasonable value for money
Rooms ere compact
Very nice bar area and pianist which I thoroughly enjoyed

Cons:

There is no on-site gym
the restaurant staff didn’t really know what they were doing although very pleasant they lack the knowledge that a restaurant requires

Great hotel
Pros:

The location is fantastic. It’s 5 min walk to the station and it’s also 5 min walk to the Narita airport bus. The hotel is very nice

Overall, it is a very good hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Location is great. Access to Higashi Ginza station within 500 mtrs. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are clean with all amenities available.

Cons:

The complimentary snacks served at the bar could do with a variety. We stayed for 3 nights and it was the same pasta and soup. Given, people are at the bar, the snacks could be better to compliment the drinks.
