Cozy in the middle of Ginza
Pros:

Very nice hotel in prime location in Ginza, close to subway and shopping/restaurants.

Room very cozy with ambient light and big comfortable beds.

Service was excellent, very helpful staff.

Bach as background music.

The bar has fantastic drinks.

Excellent hotel and staff in a great location
Pros:

Staff were welcoming and courteous. Hotel was close to excellent restaurants, shopping and tourist spots (Imperial Palace was a 15-20 minute walk)

Enjoyable stay in Ginza area, hotel was a nice place to come back to after a day out
Pros:

Location, close to main shopping area, restaurant, convenient stores, etc. Staff was pleasant and international. Rooms are excellent value for money, the room size is big for Tokyo, enough space for everything. Amenities were very nice.

Cons:

Breakfast not the best in terms of variety and space. It can get quite crowded at times.
