Perfect place to explore Tokio for a few days
Pros:

Perfectly located in the heart of Ginza. Tsukij fish market and Hamarikyu Garden very nearby as well. Subway stations only a few minutes walk away. We had a corner room with a magnificent two way view. Minibar was included, room well equipped and impeccably clean. The lobby and bar are not too cosy and rather small. But service and offering leave no reason to complain.

Pros:

I had a very disappointing experience with their luggage transfer service. I handed over my suitcases to be delivered to my next hotel, but due to their negligence and lack of attention, they gave me a collection receipt belonging to another guest and mistakenly sent my luggage to a completely different hotel that had nothing to do with my booking.

What made the situation even worse was their poor response and lack of proper assistance when I contacted them to resolve the issue. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during my trip.

I would not recommend this service due to their lack of professionalism, carelessness, and poor customer service.

Pros:

Location was perfect. The staff was GREAT, they were always welcoming and helpful. They helped me send my bags from tokyo to Osaka. All in all Clean and calm environment.
