The staff was nice but we were there during the hurricane lost power and plumbing no one came to check on us! Our room flooded during storm! We asked for help no one came! We did not get our Vip bottle of wine. We had to keep asking what to do where to go and fend for ourselves.
It’s was a nice hotel , we were upgraded to the full suite. So we had our own private pool and 4 bathrooms! Kitchen was nice and had every thing you needed to make a meal.

Piscine hors service et nous n’avons pas été prévenu. La chambre était affreusement sale!
Les draps n’avaient pas été changés : tache de sang et présence de crotte de nez.
Les serviettes étaient jaune.
Problème signalé mais le personnel n’est pas réactif. Un homme a l’accueil est particulièrement impoli, ne dit pas bonjour, parle à peine et ne renseigne pas les clients, on a l’impression de l’embêter ! 4 chaises alors que le logement est prévu pour 6. Pas de ligne de lit pour la canapé lit (qui est d’ailleurs deguelasse et plein de cheveux). Nous avons dû quitter l’hôtel après deux jours et sommes parti ailleurs.
On nous a promis un remboursement et nous l’attendons toujours… l’hôtel ne donne plus de nouvelles!
Pesimo servicio. Al llegar no habia nadie en recepción solo el señor de vigilancia que parecia estar en estado inconveniente, con trabajo podia hablar y no sabia absolutamente nada, a el solo le dejaron la llave y la habitacion que me entregaron no era la que yo pague. Estaba sucia, la alberca un estanque de agua puerca y bolsas de basura en la habitación. Las instalaciones sucias y lo peor nadie que pudiera ayudar ni resolver. Pesimo servicio y hoteles.com nos ayudo a buscar otro alojamiento. Imposible qiedarse ahi con total inseguridad y nadie qie se hiciera carrgo. No lo recomiendo para nada.
The place is good, it’s nice, just need a few improvements, water is salty but I guess that’s how it is in some areas in Tulum! During our stay there has been some few problems, toilet’s are clogged, our sink fell down, aircon in our room is not working properly! But overall it’s a good stay, location is perfect, convenient and close to downtown and hotel zone area and beach!

This place was filthy. Linens and pillows were stained all over. Walls had visible water damage in multiple spots.
El hotel, las instalaciones y el personal son muy agradables y esta en una zona muy linda. Muy buena opción pero consideren rentar un auto si van muchos días si vale la pena.
