Good location, but some drawbacks
Pros:

Good location near the Old Town and most sights. The breakfast is on the roof with amazing views and the food is good. Weird that they only let you have one cup of coffee, though.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

The room had stained carpet and they are doing work on the building so there was pretty steady jack hammering noise starting around 9:30 am and going through the rest of the day.
No umbrellas to lend when it was raining steadily outside.

Замечательный отель ! Когда буду в Тбилиси в следующий раз - обязательно остановлюсь здесь ! Отель полностью соответствует своим звездам. Очень чисто. Везде очень красиво. Здесь уделено внимание всем мелочам. В номере все есть для комфортного проживания. Чайник ,холодильник, кофе-машинка ( хотя я кофе не пью =))) )Минут десять не спешным шагом и вы у площади Свободы в центре. 10 минут не спеша и у вы Мать Грузии! Бесподобный вид на ночной Тбилиси ! Очень тихий семейный отель. Рекомендую семьям с детишками. Можно погулять по уличкам старого Тбилиси. Когда будем с семьей путешествовать по Грузии, и будем в Тбилиси - обязательно остановимся здесь. Я здесь задержался на несколько дней , так получилось , до сих пор еще здесь =)). Жил в разных номерах. Везде все замечательно. Особенное спасибо персоналу на ресепшене ! Очень дружелюбные, милые люди ,готовые всегда вам помочь! Все разговаривают помимо грузинского, свободно на русском и на английском. Вопросов с языками не возникало =))) Также спасибо персоналу ,кто убирает номера ! За их добросовестный и не легкий труд !Отличный завтрак ! И самый лучший вид на Тбилиси , с террасы где проходят завтраки. Также ,замечательная певица исполняет песни вживую вечерами на разных языках . Очень красиво поет ! В целом конечно видно что здесь работает дружная команда !Спасибо !

Номер конечно маленький. Но все остальное на хорошем уровне. Главное конечно - отличное местоположен
Pros:

Расположение отличное. Не очень высоко, не сложно пешком добраться. Большинство достопримечательностей старого Тбилиси в пешей доступности. Нет необходимости даже в такси. А на своей машине я бы в принципе не стал ездить по Тбилиси зимой. На дорогах пробки. А по узким улочкам проблемно. Лучше такси.

Cons:

Некоторые сложности с поиском, сложно подъехать. Это особенности района.

Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Would come back and stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and the variety of dishes was pretty fulfilling. It's a great view of the city from the restaurant and they have live music in the evenings for their guests. A pretty lavish spread for breakfast better than most other hotels that I tried in Georgia.

Cons:

I wanted to extend my stay but they were fully booked so couldn't do that. But other than that it was a pretty good stay.

Я завтраки не брала в отеле, но ужинала в ресторане. было очень вкусно. Месторасположение топ! персонал супер! угостили меня фруктами и всегда в комнате убирались идеально

Perfect location, would 100% recommend
Pros:

The location was perfect, the hotel was really clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It felt like really good value for money considering the location and style of the hotel. The rooftop restaurant also served amazing food, which was still somewhat affordable
