Bonavista Apartments - Chamberí

2nd time coming here and definitely recommend if you plan on visiting madrid.

I was charged a deposit to stay, I have not received my deposit, it has been 1 month.

We recently stayed at an apartment hotel in Madrid with our family and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the range of amenities available. The spacious apartment provided ample room for our family, and the kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. Even with a late check-in, the process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to their efficient after-hours procedures.

Located in a bustling area close to the train station, the convenience of the location cannot be overstated. Despite the busy surroundings, the apartment provided a peaceful retreat, allowing us to relax after a day of exploring the city.

Overall, our stay at this apartment hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodations in Madrid. We look forward to returning in the future!

Property managers were exceptional. Most helpful in every way. We had a very pleasant stay and definitely recommend staying at the Bonavista Apartments while visiting Madrid.

The front desk personnel were very helpful. The property was clean, had a new modern kitchen, bathroom, and flooring. The bedroom was a decent size but tight space at the foot of the bed. Two twin beds were pushed together but the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The apartment had everything we needed for our 4-day stay. I think there are two separate buildings and we were in the back apartment building (5th floor) so there is no view of the street, just the back side of another building that was very close to us, so we didn't open the drapes. You can hear the elevator and people talking in the hallway, otherwise, it's fairly quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent experience. Great property and close to the metro stations so easy to get around. Rai at the front desk was excellent.

Rai and Bella the concierge were always available to help with any questions. Would highly recommend this unit, well located, lovely outdoors terrace. Only thing needs changing is the sofa, it was uncomfortable. However it does not stop me from awarding 5 stars and when we return to Madrid this will be our go to place.

Waste bins were broken. The door knob of the washroom was broken

The room with a terrace was fantastic. There was plenty of cafeterias and small supermarkets nearby. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful, modern, updated apartment that fit my family of 6 very well. Great location in downtown porto within walking distance of most attractions.

Amazing spacious apartment with all facilities and great a host. Location is also close to a couple of metro stations and to many restaurants and supermarkets. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Madrid

Quiet, easy, and have a store in the same block

My stay was terrible unfortunately. It wasnt clean and the a/c wasn’t working.

The manager was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He helped to find places to buy power adaptors, to buy groceries and everything else that we needed, including help to use the stove/oven.
