Provided a very relaxing stay.
Pros:

The hotel is well located! Our room had a large balcony and we absolutely loved it. The facilities were incredible too. It was worth the price!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a special occasion and unfortunately left feeling disappointed.
Before arrival, I specifically requested a room with a balcony overlooking the back of the hotel, with views towards parts of Seville. I made this request twice, as the stay was for a special occasion. While I was allocated a room with a balcony, it was facing the main street directly opposite another building and was a bit dark. There appeared to be several rooms available at the back of the hotel, which was the view I had particularly hoped for. The special occasion was also never acknowledged, despite my request, which was disappointing. On my departure day (it was raining heavily that week), I also asked for a slightly later check-out as I had a late flight. I only requested an extra 30 minutes to one hour beyond the standard 12:00 check-out time. The receptionist (a lady with short hair) responded quite abruptly and stated that the hotel was fully booked. However, it was not high season, breakfast service was quiet, and when I checked availability online, multiple rooms were showing as available ( I tried to book 10 rooms and it gave me availability). I fully understand that late check-out is not guaranteed, but the manner in which the request was handled was disappointing. I was not even offered the option to pay for a later check-out, which added to the frustration.

For these reasons, I would not choose to return.

Very clean. Bed comfy and room was ok. Some staff helpful some very ignorant

Location was ok. Room was clean.

Cons:

There were some staff who were disinterested. When checking in the man didn’t explain anything. He wanted to practice his English and when we asked him to speak Spanish he started speaking so fast deliberately it was so rude.

Eles facilitaram muito nossa estadia, quando precisamos abrir um vinho fizeram gratuitamente e ainda nos deram taças. O quarto é excelente. Tudo maravilhoso!
