Le personnel pas très aimable
위치 선착장에서 가깝고 좋음, 방도 넓고 방마다 전자레인지 있어서 좋았음.
5층 테라스 전망이 아주 좋음, 직원들도 친절하고 전반적으로 다 좋았다.
숙소에 식당이나 조식 서비스가 없어서 주변 식당을 이용해야 되는 점이 아쉽다.
키코커 대부분 숙소가 조식이 불포함인 숙소가 많은데 어떤 호텔은 바로 옆 식당과 연계하여 조식 쿠폰을 주기도 하는데
이 점이 아쉽다.
The time we arrived the staff treated us so great from start to finish. The rooftop bar and restaurant and pool was amazing especially with the sunset amd sunrise.

The water isn’t hot enough for me.

The staff was inattentive & there was very little hot water. We had cool showers at best. When we asked about it, we were told to turn the faucet all the way to hot. When we told we did, all she did was shrug her shoulders & went back to whatever she was doing on her computer
Massive room very comfortable bed great staff
Just couple of things the restaurant or bar wasn't open but plenty close by also theres small kitchenette type area but no utensils so microwave ect a little useless

Restaurant was closed, tile floor in rooms gets slippery
The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfy. Quiet location, with roof top pool to swim, relax, or even study. My to go spot in Caye Caulker. Club, restaurants right around the corner too

I enjoyed my stay, but no restaurant on property operating. Rooftop was nice and plenty of options and places to explore around the hotel
Absolutely loved my stay here! I wish I could live there. The hotel room was humongous and had every amenity that I needed. Great water pressure in the shower. Huge balcony; the room also had a mini fridge, which came in handy to keep my water cold (it was very hot & humid in Belize) and my fruits. It's also super close to the ferry port, a mere 5-minute walk. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in my life. Great place! I would definitely stay there again if I visit Caye Caulker
