The room was clean.
The morning we checked out, there was no staff at the front desk and there was a homeless woman sleeping in the lobby. It smelled really bad.
No coffee or ice available anywhere. Shower head leaked and sprayed water on the ceiling. Bed was shaky and uncomfortable. Walls are thin, very noisy. I expected MUCH better for $200/night
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The hallways and elevator smelled strongly of Marijuana. When we checked out there were people sleeping in the lobby. It was kind of awkward.
The location was fine. We did not stay for breakfast. We arrived about 11:00 p.m. I had booked, specifically, a room with two beds as I was traveling with a young adult daughter. We got there and they did not have any rooms with two beds left. The staff checked the booking from Bookings.com and it said specifically two beds. They said they would bring an extra mattress, sheets, blankets and pillow. They brought a mattress but it was about 2 inches thick and it was like lying on the floor. It was about 2.5 feet wide and they brought sheets for a king bed. No blankets or pillow showed up. NOT GOOD. The clientele was very questionable. The place was clean and the staff was very welcoming. When we decided to leave the gal at the desk was very nice and accommodating (Chyna I think). We left and she refunded our money.
Comfortable bed, good shower, large vanity around the bathroom sink. LOVED the wood floor — so much more sanitary than carpet. Ashley and Conner at reception were both great.
This hotel provides bath towels and wash cloths but no hand towels which is very inconvenient. The refrigerator was noisy making it hard to sleep. Overall our stay was fine for one night.
The staff was great! And friendly and helpful!
I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel room and the kindness of housekeeping. The employees were all very kind.
I booked a room that was supposed to have a heightened toilet and a shower chair for the handicap. But the room had neither. The staff tried to locate a shower chair and couldn't. They offered to change our room when one with a permanent shower chair became available but this led to different issues. They didn't tell us when the room was actually available despite saying they would call, so we waited for three extra hours packed and ready to move, then the manager was knocking on our door the next day confused why we weren't checking out even though we had already talked to him about the situation. We also purchased an extra night at the full rate even though we only needed to extend our stay by five hours before going to the airport. In my experience hotels generally accommodate late checkouts at a lower rate. Also, I believe the room we moved to had a smaller bed than the room we booked. Again, everyone was very nice but I have to say I was surprised by what seemed to be the disorganization and/or lack of communication amongst the staff. It's kind of a big deal if a disabled guest who needs a shower chair in a handicap accessible shower does not have that when he has booked for four nights. But there we were, explaining patiently our situation anew to everyone we talked to.
Very clean- but absolutely no amenities. Have kitchenette with no plates or silverware. Very noisy. Very little ability to sleep. Could hear upstairs guest and adjacent guests. Elevator didn’t work part of the time. Staff at desk only in hand during day hours.
Clean, comfortable room. Staff was prompt in reissuing key cards when lost/ no longer worked. Reasonable price
No cooking or eating utensils provided. No coffee pot or coffee available.
It was new and clean. I was surprised it had a 2 burner stove and full sized refrigerator.
No coffee maker. No ice. If it had a little Keurig coffee maker I would have even brought my own coffee and cream.
Not much
It is absolutely bare bones, but not a bare bones price. I had to ask for a hair dryer, iron. Not even Tissues in the room, has a kitchen not an a bit of anything to use in it, no coffee make, no coffee in lobby . Nate to the bare bones for almost $200
The kitchenette
There were no ammenities in the room like a coffee pot, coffee or conditioner. You had to bring your towels and linens down to the desk to get clean ones daily. They didn't offer any room cleaning daily or restock. There was only one pillow per person. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The hallway smelled of overcooked brussel sprouts and marijuana.
It was super clean and friendly workers
