Pleasant and enjoyable.
Pros:

No breakfast was provided. My wife was impressed with how clean the room was.

Nic clean, modern and large room, but very basic for an overnight traveler.
Pros:

The property could be nice, but it is much more geared toward long term stays. There were no shampoos, body wash, coffee, tea, etc in the room, no cups for drinking water; which for the price was rather surprising.

Cons:

No coffee facilties in the room and no shampoos or shower gel. The room was clean, and modern, but basic for an overnight traveler. At this price range I would have expected more.

You get what you pay for
Pros:

The location was ok and was close to most of the businesses that we frequented. The rooms were spacious and clean for the money.

Cons:

facilities weren't very clean and everything was like a budget type place when it said suites. The staff weren't very friendly or welcoming and the whole facility was all locked down like we were in a high crime type area.

Pros:

Very clean and spacious.

Cons:

It was very expensive. There was no hair dryer, no coffee maker, no iron, no napkins. There was a nice kitchen but nothing there. No dishes, no pots, no cutlery, no mugs.
There was no coffee even in the lobby. We were really surprised because it was quite expensive.

I will never stay at a Woodsprings Suites again.

Cons:

You had to ring the bell for staff to come to the desk. Too much security.
No hand towels in room. Too many people loitering in the lobby. Hallways were noisy.

Don’t claim to be a suites property and then offer absolutely no amenities to go with the suite (cookware, utensils, dishes, etc.) Also there was no hair dryer, coffee maker, barely any toiletries (shampoo and bar soap was it), makeup remover wipes, and we requested a rollaway and was not provided one. Check-in process lacked. Guy was a little awkward, didn’t state checkout time, couldn’t explain why we didn’t have a rollaway (maybe the hotel had them or maybe not, who knows). I would spend the extra $30-$50 to stay somewhere else next time.

Your employee(s) are rude and lack communication skills.
Cons:

The moring that we were leaving and I asked for coffee, I was informed by a rude employee, who never looked me in the eye "we do not serve coffee here" Ok..we will never stay here again.
