Overall, the suite was an excellent choice, offering an inviting and luxurious atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from local attractions and restaurants.

The only issue I encountered was the lack of hand soap and toothbrushes provided in the suite. I wasn't a fan of having to pay separately for these items from the vending machine.

Despite this minor inconvenience, my experience was truly wonderful, especially highlighted by a delightful massage chair that provided much-needed relaxation after a long day.

Pros:

Modernes und sauberes Hotel etwas abseits der Seouler Innenstadt, mit der Metro aber gut zu erreichen.
Die Angestellten konnten eher mäßig gut Englisch sprechen.
Das Zimmer und Bett waren sauber und groß.

The bed is large and very comfortable! It’s nicely styled and quiet

Cons:

The location is terrible, takes an hour to get into the city and that’s a long walk to the station and two trains. This is made worse by the fact they won’t let you check in before 5pm…
The bathroom door is glass so you see the toilet clearly from the bed as if on display - so ridiculous!
The bathroom vanity hadn’t been wiped down so there was toothpaste and soap scum when we arrived.

Pros:

I liked the huge bed, huge TV and decent toilet. A/C remote was together with the TV remote, so don't get confused like me. also be prepared to travel around 1 hour with public transport since the location was a bit far out.

Cons:

The pillows smelled quite bad. I stayed for 5 nights, the room service didn't automatically attend daily. I had to request to make my room.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and peaceful . The staff was amazing. I really enjoyed the bed and bathtub . Will definitely come back to this place. I played music on YouTube without any complaints.

Cons:

I couldn’t connect on WiFi with my phone. My internet connection was bad .
