Sehr gut.
Pros:

Hotel war top. Zentrale Lage. Centrum. 5Min zum SM Markt. 24 Std Service top.

Cons:

Frühstück ist asiatisch, könnte mehr Europäischer sein( Brot ,Käse, Wurst). Satt wird man aber. Sonst wirklich zu empfehlen.

Cold showers- house keeping forgot several items when cleaning eg - towels , sugar and a few other things.we felt embarrassed to have to ask.

front desk. upon check out we requested for Official receipt but the hotel refused to give us invoice. also the front desk didnt write the correct amount in the invoice. it took us almost 2 hrs trying to ask them to include tax and vat.

The property was very clean and well kept. The location is very convenient. You can easily walk or take a tricycle to the SM Mall. It felt a little weird walking through a furniture store to get to the rooms but after the first day, it did not matter.

The front desk staff was average, not rude but also not very friendly. The restaurant staff at Paul's provided excellent service! The Restaurant and Estelle's cafe were very convenient and had good options for dining.

Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a affordable, clean, convenient and cozy stay while in Lipa City.

Pros:

Room was wide, clean and well equipped. All staff I’ve seen while walking was friendly. I could stay comfortably. And there was smoking area (booth with ashtray) on 3rd floor. Very nice

It was nice. We’d come back. Overall it was worth its price.
Pros:

We liked the room. It was cozy enough. We stayed an extra night. I liked that it has a resto and bar, sm lipa is also pretty near. They also have spa and free breakfast. We liked the staff too very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The a/c in their spa should be more heavy duty as it doesn’t really lower the temprerature of the room that much, it was still pretty hot. Their breakfast has limited choices, maybe if they had more dishes out.

Wonder stay, beds werecomfortable and large, bathroom was clean. Lots of room and close to the mall
Pros:

Breakfast was good, enough to fill you up. Staff was friendly always said hello wherever we went. Room was large and clean, bathroom was the same. I would come back again

Cons:

Kinda felt I was in a furniture store, glass was broken in one of the showrooms, it was left in a small pile for our stay

Id stay again, but…
Pros:

I took a photo of my review form that I filled out and left when we checked out after our 4days, 3nights stay.
But let’s see if this section has enough characters for my review:
1. The way to the main hotel area showcases the furniture store so it’s inviting
2. The room was decent sized. But the bathroom door was so awkward. I suggest turning it into a sliding door
3. The housekeeping staff is very helpful. I had room service the entire stay and most of the staff who delivered our meals were great except for the 2 who didn’t greet nor smile and the other who didn’t take the dishes I was trying to return.
4. Walls were thin. So expect noise. I could hear the vacuum as early as 6am.
The water pressure from the bidet and the faucet was inconsistent. It would be either ok or blowing up splashes. It’s almost frustrating coz I just wanted to wash my hands and I end up with wet clothes.
5. I love the water dispenser idea on the floor. Thats helpful and practical.
6. One lamp in the room we had wasn't working. No biggie.
7. Please have the TV set-up in such a way that there are cable channels or more things available to watch. When we stayed, only YouTube was available.
