I recently stayed at this Hilton property and had a very disappointing experience. The room was not cleaned properly at all. The bathroom was in horrible condition — torn towels, visible mold on the shower, walls, and bathtub. It was completely unacceptable and unhygienic for a hotel of this brand.
After raising a complaint, I was given a room upgrade, but that does not justify how such a room was initially assigned to a guest. It seriously questions the housekeeping standards.
Breakfast was also below average and did not meet expectations from Hilton. Overall, this stay was far from the quality and service one expects from an international hotel chain. Very disappointing.

What I particularly liked was the Indian food ordered through A la carte, simply amazing.
Spa ayurvedic therapies are very good. Those guest rooms that are not facing petrol station are quiet and rooms interiors are maintained. Front Office Mahesh is very helpful.
Ashwini from F&B team was the only helpful staff during breakfast.
In Room Service is very good.
Front office lady staff allocated us a guest room exactly above petrol station on our first night. We had arrived at 02:00AM and hardly slept. The room interiors were not maintained and AC wasnt cooling below 24 degrees. Bathroom sink and bathtub silicon was black. Next morning I spoke with Mahesh - Duty Manager who moved us to another room which was peaceful, better performing AC and room interiors were well maintained.
Breakfast service on 06th Floor was a disaster. Buffet dishes are sitting cold without regular refills. The only saving grace are the live stations. The restaurant is under staffed and unorganized.
Lobby cafe items look stale and not changed on a daily basis.
