Pathetic, not going again. Not recommended. Costs a Hilton and service absolutely ridiculous

Every department is confused starting from valet to GM. Absolutely pathetic service and failures. Everyone is absolutely apologetic each day but no improvement whatsoever in any spehre despite repeated feedback. Front office confused, billing confused. Restaurant and staff confused, valet confused. The entire team as a whole are absolutely out of sync

Its a great option both for business as well as family stay. Neat & clean faciloties.
Pros:

Hotel location is very good, easy access to mumbai bangalore highway. Rooms were cozy & comfortable. Staff were co-operative. Breakfast spread is very good.
