The breakfast very good with a lot of variety and wide range of choices.

Cons:

We could not charge our phones, the tv was not
coming on. It was only when we were about to sleep, that's when we discovered that it was actually an electrical fault In room 1211. Since it was almost midnight, we thought we might as well just sleep and report in the morning. No-one picked the phone in the morning when i phoned. I had to go down a report thats when the issue was resolved. It turned out the electricity had tripped. My question is: Is it not proper to just have a quick check of the rooms before the guests go in?.

Loud hotel room, workmen outside my window.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Workmen outside my window on the 11th floor banging and drilling, I was shocked, had to pull my curtains so they couldn’t see inside. Cleaner also walked into my room without knocking, I had late checkout. For a luxury hotel, I was extremely disappointed! I had better service from Travel Lodge and Leonardos!

I live 2 mins down the road and would still stay here it’s that lovely!
