Pros:

Breakfast was very good, but the dining room was very crowded and it took a long time to be served, particularly with tea and coffee.

Cons:

Being woken up at 5 am in the morning with a false alarm was not very helpful. Also, I did not get my wake up call but the false alarm acted as compensation!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast on the 23rd floor was incredibly rich and offered a splendid view over the city, which made the mornings truly special. The entire stay was very pleasant, the room was beautifully decorated, and I slept extremely comfortably. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would happily recommend.

We ordered room service expecting the food to be as amazing as the hotel but unfortunately for just over £50 for 2 meals they were not satisfactory in the slightest. Was very disappointed

Great getaway
Pros:

Everything, complementary glass of Prosecco on arrival, lovely rooms, great views.

Cons:

I have stayed here several times now and the Oxbo food although better this time has been under whelming in the past… but breakfast is great.
