Beautiful, clean hotel with lovely surrounding views, an excellent location, and great amenities. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Bed was extremely comfortable
Totally understaffed in the coffee bar and general bar areas. Not able to use the Loft Sky Bar due to a private function taking place. Would have been nice to know at time of checking in.
Electrics also blew in the room but this was quickly recrified

Perfect location for our purpose. Very close to the train station and therefore very easy to get to from Heathrow Airport. Great shopping centre in the same area. The room was very nice and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend
The staff are unfailingly warm, accomodating, and helpful. The rooms are spotless and have excellent fixtures and fittings. The views of the surrounding countryside are spectacular.
