Clean well presented and excellent friendly staff
The beds were uncomfortably need up grading which they are need to get premier inn mattress ate excellent
This was my first time staying at Roffey Park Venue, and I have to say the experience was fantastic. Super-efficient staff; great room; super food both at dinner and breakfast, loads of parking and a stunning location. If you have to stay overnight ahead of a meeting in Crawley, I would highly recommend staying here. It's brilliant.

The bed was a standard double, small for two large customers
The bed was not as comfortable as i would have expected from a hotel of this calibre

Uncomfortable Bed, Shower needed fixing, which I have to say was done promptly, very
limited evening menu, and one rather snooty woman who gave the impression of looking down her nose at us and not acknowledging guests as they traverse the site.
Staff were very friendly , property clean and well presented .
No air conditioning. Struggled to sleep as arrived late and the room hadn’t been prepped for my arrival, the windows were closed and I walked into an oven.

Lovely location and very pleasant staff members.. The facilities were very good and the swimming pool was excellent.
Unusually in the United Kingdom, it was 35°C, so some air-conditioning would’ve been nice; having said there was a ceiling fan and this did help things along.
