Breakfast was fantastic. Full English with continental and overnights oats also available. Pool gym sauna steam room all fantastic. Walking around the grounds is Zen. Very good quick respite escape the London Bustle.
Shower was powerful but only half a glass screen. Hence floor gets flooded and difficult to mop up with one floor towel. Would recommend plastic towel rai and shower curtain that covers all the way for safety sake. Prevent potential slip overs
Everything was great beds very comfy nice and quite too. Beutiful grounds a nice little gym. Great pool and jacuzzi. The staff were great.
The breakfast was ok nice fresh fruit and the cooked eggs great. But too much oil used on breakfast mushrooms overcooked and bacon and stuff dry. But good choice and the service was excellent 👌

Location and setting were exceptional. Facilities were excellent and beautiful. Staff were incredibly helpful and also all seemed to enjoy working there. Food was great.

Good shower and bathroom and very friendly staff. A real gem.
Toilet tiny and a bit clunky and the toilet roll was situated on the wrong side of the toilet and fell off every time you used it.

The welcome was lovely .. and the room (60 .. quite a hike from reception) was lovely too. We did find the double bed a wee bit small .. a bigger bed would have been far more comfortable, especially as the room was large enough to take it. It was a lovely room though, and the bathroom facilities were excellent too .. with a very good shower! Nice bar but rather a limited bar menu.
The bed was too small compared to other hotel rooms of that standard and price, but being a conference hotel we believe it is very much geared up for 'single' visitors ... hence the small bed.

The location is great. Close to main roads to be ready to locate but far enough away to feel like a quiet retreat.
The facilities were very basic. You had the absolute essentials but no more. No water bottles or fridge in the room which was a big thing for me. Reception told me to just get water from the tap but there was no glass, just coffee mugs. Next day I bought a glass from a local shop but they took it from my room when they came in to tidy etc
