Clean, comfortable, quiet. Nice staff

Breaskfast was good. The eggs were well done so no raw smell.

Stay was great except no wi-fi for 12 hours due to internet provider doing some maintenance.
Bartender was great and welcoming. Breakfast was good and consistent.

Great location for travellers coming from Toronto down to Niagara Falls and over into the US. Hotel room was large and clean, the only thing is the breakfast would benefit from some more choices such as bacon

I area to have breakfast..They have a good gym plus swimming pool...2nd time coming here n will come back in the future :)

The room was in excellent condition and very modern, spacious.
The cost included breakfast that had hot and cold items, so that was good.
We had a few drinks at the bar, which though small, was welcoming and comfortable.
All staff at the front desk, dining room and bar were friendly and very professional.
The hotel is also close to the major highways for travel.
I would totally recommend this hotel.

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was quite clean and the room was spacious.

The room was spacious and clean. There were so many dining options within a 15 min drive. Lastly the staff were all so friendly.

Hallways smelled like smoke. Rooms dated. Could feel the springs through the mattresses - need new mattresses. Some pillowcases smelled so they obviously weren’t newly cleaned pillowcases. Price astronomical for this type of hotel.

I used to stay here frequently and the front desk staff were friendly and always remembered their guests and were hospitable. Not sure if they have left but the front desk staff during my recent stay were not in the right field for their personality. Their demeanor set the tone for my stay and I couldn't wait to leave. I'm not sure if I'll be back. Also, even if it's a holiday Monday the guests should still have food options. We were told the kitchen was closed after breakfast so no onsite food options. Not a hospitable hotel. No major restaurant onsite and will need a car or Uber to get to nearby food places. All the more reason for the hotel to staff kitchen everyday including holidays. Maybe the hotel is under new management or something because it didn't used to be this way. It used to be one of my go-to hotels in the area. There are other options I will explore for the next time. This one is no longer up to Hilton standards.

The hotel looked as new, rooms were nice and clean, staff amazing, everything was great!
