Good location for a short stay
Pros:

Location is strategic infringement of central station and linked to it though U entrance so you don’t need to cross stretta with luggage

Cons:

The room did not feel family-friendly, mainly because the glass shower sits in the middle of the room and the branding had an adult-oriented feel even the don’t disturb message carry and u darling hint of adult vibe. There was also no phone, and the tablet meant to control room features was not working.

Maintenance could be improved, with faulty switches, chipped sink edges, and uneven wooden flooring. The sink-in-room layout seems part of a growing trend in some hotels to squeeze spaces and use overly central, minimalist designs that prioritise room count and profit over comfort and guest experience. It may look modern, but it feels cheap and impractical, especially for a four-star stay.

Late check-out is also charged by the hour, which felt inflexible.

Modernes Hotel am Bahnhof
Pros:

Gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof, perfekt um die Stadt zu Fuß oder per ÖPNV zu erkunden.
Das Personal war super nett, die Zimmer sauber, das Frühstück sehr gut.
Würde ich auf jeden Fall nochmals buchen.

Cons:

Das „Badezimmer“-Konzept ist doch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting Berlin , it is right opposite the main train station .
The staff were wonderful , polite , friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean and comfortable

Czysto, bardzo ładne i schludne pokoje
Pros:

Pobyt przebiegł bez żadnych problemów, pokój czysty, wygodne łóżka i lokalizacja świetna - blisko dworca :) obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna

Cons:

Światło w toalecie mogłoby być mocniejsze :)

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage um Berlin zu erkunden.
Pros:

Direkt am Hauptbahnhof gelegen, somit sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung auch für U- und S-Bahn,
sehr aufmerksames und sehr freundliches Personal, dass einem beim Self-Check-in/Check-out sofort hilfsbereit zur Seite steht,
saubere, für einen Kurzurlaub ausreichend große und sehr ruhige Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Matratze war recht hart, aber das ist mein persönliches Empfinden.
