Handy next to the station. In an extremely busy area but with windows closed at night it was lovely and quiet. Midday check out - great - although we didn’t need it. Stored our luggage for free. Beautiful toiletries. Bar area cosy.
The only niggle was although beautiful coffee was offered - Nespresso - no little milks available.
The girls at the reception are kind and helpful.
1.Cleaner got into our room with his staff card in the morning without knocking on the door. We were two girls, it’s scary to hear a guy come in randomly. Thankfully it didn’t happen again after we tell the reception about this incident.
2.The room card gets not functioning by itself. Once we got locked out of our room and there was no people at the reception, so we had to wait there for 20-30mins. There’s a machine for you to try functioning it yourself, but it didn’t work for us.
3.There was a long period that the reception is empty as I mentioned in the last point, we saw another guest left disappointed after waiting
The studio room was perfect. Great size, great view facing the trains heading into Berlin Hauptbahnhof, and good blackout curtains to keep out the intense sun. The hotel is conveniently located just beside the U-Bahn exit which also links conveniently to the platforms for inter-city trains. The design of the room is also very tasteful and even comes with a coffee machine.
The room can be too dark at night for work to be done, but I guess this is in line with the theme of the hotel. It was also a little noisy as my room was directly above the cafe or bar on the night of the DFB-Pokal Final. But these minor issues aside, it was overall a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend the hotel.
Freundliches Personal, Bad und Zimmer schön, sehr gemütlich und stilvoll, parken in der Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang, trotz direkter Lage am Hbf bei geschlossenem Fenster absolut ruhig. Für uns gerne wieder 🙂

Platz für E Bikes.
Die Lage war sehr zentral. Außerdem ist unserem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer entsprochen worden, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Optisch ist das Hotel ansprechend.
Das Zimmer ist dunkel und extrem klein, die Dusche wird nur durch eine Glaswand vom Rest des Zimmers getrennt. Es gibt kaum Ablage- oder Aufhängmöglichkeiten, auch für Handtücher nur einen Bügel an der Duschtür. Die Lichtschalter waren teilweise falsch installiert, sodass das Licht tlw. beim Nachobendrücken ausgegangen ist, tlw beim Nachuntendrücken. Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber dennoch etwas lästig. Es war wenig Beleuchtung vorhanden. Das Bett hat leider bei jeder Bewegung gekracht.
Ontbijt prima ruime keuze goed verzorgd.
