When I checked in everything was great and when I went to my room everything was clean and in order. The reason I rated my stay as terrible had nothing to do with the hotel itself they put me in room 229 which faced the street. Around 945 there is a new club across the street and the music was so loud until 4am that I had to put bedding in the shower to try and get some sleep and my wife and 2 kids suffered trying to sleep in the beds because of the loud music loud motorcycles and loud people. If there is nothing done about this the hotel will suffer because nobody is gonna want to stay street side with these conditions.

Just OK, would stay again if I had to

The room is plenty big enough, new so no problems with that. The bed was uncomfortable for me... I know that is a hit or miss with hotels. AC works good, plenty of hot water (most of the time). Our room was situated near to the night club across the street, so we had very loud dance music until 2am every night [ they did take Monday off]. I probably should have asked to move... but that is kind of a pain... the restaurant... slow and poor service and the food isn't very good. Breakfast buffet was just ok at best. Near the Robinson mall (not sure if that is positive or negative). Nice pool, kids play area and body spa. Does not have service to/from airport. There are about 5 other places i would stay in GenSan over this one.
