Da localização, do tamanho do flat.

Cons:

É necessário caprichar mais na limpeza do banheiro e na manutenção, as portas dos quartos e do box do banheiro são emperradas e fazem muito barulho quando se levanta de madrugada. A solução é simples, apenas ajuste e lubrificação. Mas, ao deixar como está, indica falta de cuidados com a manutenção e capricho.
