It’s the only one in gladstone
Pros:

Everything worked, amenities were good

Cons:

People at the hotel gym could see into my room, there was no bathtub, remote/television had a long delay which made it hard to operate

Decent beds bathroom could use better clean

Cons:

1st room had plastic bags over the smoke detector. Towel for tub floor was damp, no trash bags or hand soap for bathroom sink. After a few minutes in the room it smelled of smoke and reported it to the front desk. They moved us to another room which was in better condition. Fairfield in McPherson was top notch which prompted us to stay at the Fairfield in Gladstone

The pet fee is ridiculous 100$ irregardless if there was actually any additional cleaning needed

My son didnt wear socks and the floor evidently either is never cleaned or hadn't been his feet were as black as coal The breakfast was bad terrible sausage patties and powdered eggs and frozen pre cooked eggs

Pillows were horrible. No chairs small room. Dining area was always messy. Needs help in keeping area clean while serving breakfast. No variety of breakfast sausage was leather

Good except for the excessive pet fees.
Pros:

Nice, clean, good breakfast and good location.

Cons:

Don't say you are pet friendly and then charge $100 for a pet cleaning fee. That ruined an otherwise pleasant stay.
