NO ERA LO QUE ESPERABA
Pros:

Tranquilidad: El hotel está alejado de todo, lo que hace que la playa se sienta privada y tranquila. Un punto a mejorar es la falta de división con el terreno contiguo: había una construcción al lado y se veía a los trabajadores.

Cons:

Durante la estancia notamos varios detalles por mejorar. En la playa había basura y troncos secos. El pasto de las instalaciones estaba seco y descuidado, y las palmeras se veían secas. Las toallas para la playa estaban decoloradas y con aspecto desgastado.

El buffet de desayuno ofrecía pocos platillos y tenía poca variedad. Los jugos no eran naturales: el de naranja era artificial, al igual que el verde. El café estaba bien. La salsa verde estaba cruda y sin sabor.

Nos informaron del cambio de nombre del hotel. Es posible que mejoren con el tiempo.

Relax total para un par de días.

Me fascinó la ubicación.
Por otro lado lo fascinante es que la comida fue espectacular!

La temperatura de la alberca era realmente fría!!
Y por otro lado, estuvimos muy a gusto, nadsmas que el último dia unos "huespedes" estuvieron con una moto dentro de las instalaciones del hotel y alrededor de la alberca y esto interrumpió la tranquilidad. Hablé a recepción para notificarles esto y la chica ne dijo que Era el hijo del dueño el chico de la moto y que No podia hacer nada.
Eso francamente me pareció falta de respeto hacia nosotros como huéspedes, ya que pagamos 4 dias por estar tranquilos

Staff was amazing, very helpful. I loved that the hotel was sort of isolated, with a pool and beach access.

Cons:

There was very loud music playing on the Saturday night that I was there. A wedding was happening at the hotel. Sleeping was difficult. The other nights were quiet and pleasant. The shower head fell to the floor and I asked the room cleaner to fix it. Inside the shower head was mold and there was small amounts of visible mold around the shower, and inside the shower head.

Todo, esta muy increíble, muy limpio, cómodo, espacioso, calidad los alimentos de buen sabor,
No tuve tiempo de utilizar la alberca por tiempo, ya que solo iba a la marina por lo que la cercanía fue de lo mejor y me acomodo perfecto,

Cons:

Lo único digiero un poco en la amabilidad del personal, les hace falta un poquito de mayor atención al huésped, trabajo para una cadena de hoteles y nos piden a todo el personal saludar cada que vemos a un huésped o compañero, y aquí en varias ocasiones pase por recepción y las recepcionistas ni te voltean a ver aunque los saludes, son más atentos los señores de la pluma al entrar.
Y las almohadas honestamente se me hacen muy duras mi pequeña de 5 años termino durmiendo sin almohada y yo igual, ya que me dio un poco te tortícolis con la misma, es lo único.
Unas almohadas más suaves estarían geniales con la comidad qué genera el hotel.con eso descansarías al 100%

Lo que más nos gustó fue la habitación, muy cómoda, una cama muy amplia, un baño fantástico. Muy buena señal de wifi y la playa espectacular.
