Chaotic but safe area
Pros:

It hotel was very clean and well kept. It’s just right off I40 and we felt very safe.

Cons:

Upon arriving, my husband and I were locked out. The attendant had left for over 20 minutes and locked the doors so we had to stand outside with several other people. When we finally got let in, the attendant kept trying to put us in a room with total strangers! Multiple times we had to say we booked a room for just us two people! And then when we finally got to the room, it was the wrong room! We booked a king suite and ended up with a double. We were just so annoyed that we ended up just staying in that room.
The next morning when dropping off our keys, I had to stand there and wait for over THIRTY MINUTES! The front desk lady was actually nice and apologetic, but there was a situation happening with another guest that had to be taken care of. They made me stand there for thirty minutes instead of just taking the keys because there is no Dropbox. All the while, a woman is explaining how she had experienced racism by the staff and the cleaning people had just walked right into her room with no regard for her, and I believe her. It was a very dramatic scene and some staff did great handling it and others not so much.
I do think the morning/daytime people were much better and more attentive. However, I can’t say I would stay here again.

Jessica made me feel very comfortable...Very polite and super kind.Her customer service was spot on..Excellent job!!! All the staff were super respectful and very polite...

Lucky for us this was a short stay, otherwise I would have relocated
Pros:

Easy access location for what we needed, very clean.

Cons:

Booked a king room- “none available” at check in? These are not small things to me! I would have changed location if told previously! Also you all have the hardest beds I can remember, the beds are “NOT” comfortable!
