How quiet it was, the room location and how comfy the beds were! Like seeing law enforcement on-site as well.
Price increase when we had to make a date change by one day a month in advance.
Lovely from beginning to end. Room was spacious and clean. Beautiful linens and comfy pillows. Good plugs for our technology . Right off the freeway for convenience, but there was no noise in our room at all. Breakfast was excellent with oatmeal and tons of different toppings like pumpkin seeds, walnuts, raisins, coconut etc. There were eggs and sausage, different kinds of bread for toast, bagels, croissants, muffins, yogurt , different kinds of milks, Coffee and Tea as well as cold cereals. Excellent breakfast and not crowded in the breakfast room. Everything was perfect at this hotel
The shower was awesome. Great water pressure.
Nice and clean and perfectly located off the main highway.
I like everything but my view. Somehow my window was over the walk up thingie. I only saw concrete.. bummer
I was hurt that breakfast was over at 9am. That's normally my wake time. I did get some Saturday tho bc I was up at 6am lol
The breakfast was good, had no complaints and hope this continues.
The property was nice but there was a background noise that kept me up and I couldn't get back to sleep. This may have been a one off situation and I just pulled in from driving 11hrs from Florida.
My wife and I stayed here for one night. The hotel staff was professional, courteous and friendly. No issues with check-in. The room was very clean and well appointed. King bed was very comfortable. Overall, the hotel was very quiet. Standard complimentary breakfast buffet. Will stay here again.
Only issue was not being able to have bathtub in bathroom. It seems the trend now is moving away from bathtubs to modern showers in design and efficiency. No other complaints.
It hotel was very clean and well kept. It’s just right off I40 and we felt very safe.
Upon arriving, my husband and I were locked out. The attendant had left for over 20 minutes and locked the doors so we had to stand outside with several other people. When we finally got let in, the attendant kept trying to put us in a room with total strangers! Multiple times we had to say we booked a room for just us two people! And then when we finally got to the room, it was the wrong room! We booked a king suite and ended up with a double. We were just so annoyed that we ended up just staying in that room.
The next morning when dropping off our keys, I had to stand there and wait for over THIRTY MINUTES! The front desk lady was actually nice and apologetic, but there was a situation happening with another guest that had to be taken care of. They made me stand there for thirty minutes instead of just taking the keys because there is no Dropbox. All the while, a woman is explaining how she had experienced racism by the staff and the cleaning people had just walked right into her room with no regard for her, and I believe her. It was a very dramatic scene and some staff did great handling it and others not so much.
I do think the morning/daytime people were much better and more attentive. However, I can’t say I would stay here again.
