I lived everything about this hotel I would stay here again if I’m in kyoto
lots of events and amenities
The bed was great..the bathroom was clean..but the floor was dirty

It excelled on pretty much everything, hitting the right spot between affordability and amenities, but what really stood out was the amazing service!!!
京阪・清水五条駅までとても近く、便利でした。食事は鴨川を渡ったところに飲食店がたくさんあり、川床料理を提供しているお店で食事をしました。京都を堪能できました。

Staff are friendly but the beds are very uncomfortable.
Loved the train station shuttle bus. Staff very friendly and helpful
Close to shopping and restaurants. Lovely staff. They offer matcha tea in the reception area. Short walk to the train station.

Perfect location for sights and close to a subway station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great firm beds and pretty quiet rooms (ours was towards back alley). Room was maybe a bit run down already, so that’s why one star out of clenliness, but definitely not anything super dirty. Breakfast was great opportunity to try out local food. Great value for the money!
Hotel was a good distance from most places. It was clean and quiet and the room was a good size.
Very walkable, close to train and historic district. No complimentary coffee. Small overpriced breakfast buffet. Small sitting area in lounge next to check in. Only two washers/dryer for the hotel. Nice size rooms
I like that they had laundry on site and easy to use , I did not like that if we wanted to bring outside food we weren’t aloud in the dining area, overall staff was friendly and place was clean
Friendly, helpful staff. Good size room. Loved the fact it had a hallway with sliding door to bedroom. We have travelled around Japan and out of 4 hotels this is the only one we could get netflix/youtube on. Which when yoj are travellingvjyst upu and an 11yr old is a blessing after 14 days on the road.

Good location with easy route to Nara and Golden Pavillion. Convenience stores opposite. We also ate in the chicken shop opposite. Food was good. They also do take out.
Free courtesy bus to train station.
Only small critisism is there is tea in the room but no coffee and no microwave for guests to use in the evening. Otherwise a perfect stay and would 100 percent book again if in Kyoto.
It is a very nice hotel with very welcoming staff.
The room was lovely,!spacious and very clean.
They provide shower gel , shampoo and conditioner and there’s 2 shower heads , the one with mist was so nice.
The blanket was super cozy but pillows a bit hard .
There is a train station only a couple of minutes away and combini across the street.
They also offer free transportation to Kyoto station.
The only down side for me was the music until late in the hallway which you didn’t hear once the siding door in the room was closed.
