Cons:

The air condition in did not work and it was impossible to get a good night sleep with more than 30 degress n the rooms! Will expect a refund

I liked nothing. The only positive about this hotel was location.

Cons:

No air conditioner in the rooms (it was not written in the hotel equipment list, but still, when you see hotel without AC working, is is strange), in the very hot weather, it is terrible to enter the room. Rooms are very tiny, little, and bed mattress very uncomfortable. Many homeless around the hotel...

Aerul condiționat nu a funcționat afară fiind 37c etajul 6 adică ultimul pur și simplu ne-am copt de căldură am stat o singură noaptea după am căutat alt hotel.
Am întrebat personalul despre a aerul condiționat și ne-a informat ca este o defecțiune dar în anunțul de pe booking era specificat cu aer condiționat funcționabil

No me dejaron entrar , aún no me han devuelto el dinero de mi cancelación
Pros:

A mi llegada al establecimiento fui atendido en recepción de una manera que considero inaceptable y poco profesional. Lejos de recibir ayuda para solucionar mi situación, el personal mostró una actitud poco colaboradora y carente de la atención y el respeto que cualquier cliente merece.

Además, no se me facilitó una habitación ni se me ofreció una alternativa razonable para resolver el problema, dejándome sin alojamiento y en una situación de gran incomodidad. La falta de interés por ayudarme y la forma en que fui tratado me causaron un importante perjuicio, además de una sensación de frustración y decepción.
