Friendly family place
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay for our family trip. The 1+1 studio layout provided great flexibility, and the room was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchenette was particularly helpful and well-appointed. Additionally, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, providing prompt service whenever it was needed. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only downside was the lack of AC. The ceiling fan was helpful, but it unfortunately stopped working. However, this wasn't a major issue as the weather wasn't too hot. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Pros:

Location near to Union Square and Chinatown. Very spacious accommodation. Everything we needed for our stay in San Francisco

Lovely place, great location
Pros:

A wonderful place to stay in a great area. Our one bedroom apartment was really clean, comfortable, spacious & well equipped. There's a lovely quaint reception area which was filled with beautiful fresh lillies & decorations for Easter during our visit. Staff are friendly & helpful. The cable car goes right past the door & if you can manage the very steep hill, it's a short walk to Chinatown, North Beach, Union Square & Financial District. Highly recommend a stay here.

Pros:

Great location on Nob Hill with car rental place and on 2 cable car lines for ease of getting around. There is always a concierge to open the door, so the facility felt very secure. Rooms were spacious.

Cons:

Older building, so does have a bit of musty smell in the hallway. It is on Nob hill so a bit of a hike up from union square.

Top Lage und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Top Lage und gute Ausstattung im Zimmer. Liegt in der Nähe zum Union Squaire, sowohl zu Chinatown und Little Italy. Zudem direkt an einer Cable Car Station. Kann man für einen Kurztrip nach San Francisco nur empfehlen.

Would definitely stay again when in San Francisco.
Pros:

The location was excellent, not far from the centre and plenty of restaurants near by.
It’s an old building but it gives it charm, the apartment is well furnished, modern and comfortable.

Cons:

The shower had been mounted far too high for a short person like myself and it couldn’t be adjusted. I ended up having to have a shower holding the shower head, not a massive problem but a bit inconvenient.

Zona centrale, staff cordiale. Il servizio di ritiro e riconsegna auto era eccellente anche se un pò caro.

Cons:

La stanza dava sulla strada e sembrava di non avere delle finestre. Potevi sentire letteralmente la gente che camminava sotto la stanza. Il divano letto non è dei migliori e risulta abbastanza scomodo.

Very clean, comfy, and cozy. Perfect for a week stay to use the kitchenette.
Pros:

Location was right in between Chinatown and Union Square with the cable cars passing right in front. Was in a great spot if you wanted to travel around and see the city.

Cons:

There were ants in the bathroom but nothing too crazy.

Sehr gute Lage und freundliches Personal, mit kleinen Abstrichen bei Ausstattung und Raumtemperatur.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war hervorragend. In nur einer Straße Entfernung gab es einen kleinen Deli-Supermarkt, und direkt vor der Haustür befanden sich zwei Cable-Car-Linien. Die Umgebung hat sich sehr sicher und gleichzeitig sehr zentral angefühlt.

Die Eingangstür zum Hotel war meist geschlossen und wurde nur nach dem Klingeln geöffnet, was das Sicherheitsgefühl zusätzlich verstärkt hat.

Das WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren immer sehr freundlich. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war wirklich gut, genauso wie die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Unterkunft.

Vor meiner Anreise hatte ich etwas Bedenken, da einige Bewertungen von Straßenlärm berichtet hatten. Tatsächlich wurde es im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche tagsüber durch die Cable Cars manchmal etwas lauter. Das Schlafzimmer lag jedoch im hinteren Teil der Wohnung, sodass man dort vom Straßenlärm überhaupt nichts mitbekommen hat.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft hatte keine Klimaanlage. Im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche war das dank der großen Fenster kein großes Problem, da man dort gut lüften konnte. Das Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof war jedoch recht warm, trotz des ständig laufenden Deckenventilators.

Dass man den Schlüssel beim Verlassen jedes Mal an der Rezeption abgeben musste, ist nachvollziehbar, da nur ein Schlüssel verfügbar war, auf Dauer jedoch etwas umständlich.

Der Föhn im Badezimmer hat leider stark geklebt, vermutlich weil sich der Kunststoff aufgelöst hat. Dieser sollte eventuell einmal ersetzt werden.
