Honestly it was horrible. Starting from room cleaness to service everything so horrible that I can not capture every comment here. Over all experience is much beyond than bad.
Room was very small, you can't really stay in for a few hours.
Pillows, towels and sheets were not clean enough. Bathroom was below average.
Staff service is just okay.
The room was worse
I am not sure why we booked into this hotel, probably because it was close to the airport, was cheap and we had a few hours to manage between flights. But I cannot tell you how dirty everything was. We found hair on the bedsheets, the smell in the bathroom was beyond description and the room was in a rather rundown, tired condition.
One marginally redeeming factor? The staff tried.

A very disappointing hotel. Room dirty. Bed dirty. Furniture dirty. Floor & other parts stained with “holy” paints. Bathroom small, badly designed & a 12” / 30cm hole in the wall to the outside that presumably held an extractor fan at some point in its history.
The room is immediately next to the railway line & some form of station, with noisy trains parking all night & through trains sounding their horns as they approach & drive through the area. With poorly fitting old windows, poorly sealed doorways & 30cm hole to the outside, the room shared all the noises as if we were standing on the train platform. Very poor breakfast. The hotel is not in the best of areas!!
Food sucks, rooms are filthy & staff behaves like they have paid you to stay here. I. You’ll share your room with mosquitoes, rats & I didn’t discover any other creatures. I rate it as minus infinite.
Well the phone number listed for the hotel does not work, we called 10 times and none picked up. There were no towels in bathroom and we had to turn on the geyser to get hot water; since the tank was small it kept letting hot/cold water at regular intervals. Anyway coming from a Marriott stay a night before this was not a pleasant stay.
Hope the staff and the management improve the quality of service if they want to attract international customers.
No cleaning room we paid 2days money but we stayed around 12 hours . Lift not working. Food very boring. Staff not helpful.

Its like a service apartment. A small room with just enough space for moving. Not a great place for staying long. 1 or 2 days maximum. Its location is in a residential colony. Restaurant is very good.

A huge drainage right next to the property which stinks.A huge hole in the wall of the bathroom instead of the vent and you could smell the drainage ..absolutely disgusting . The room was equally bad .. WiFi was not working at all .. stay far far away from this hotel ..

Am a Airindia pilot stayed for late night, hotel oak is very near to the Hyderabad Airport, noise free rooms, there is a inhouse restaurant which is opened till midnight 12 o'clock, had a food and took nice sleep.
We liked the location of this hotel, rooms was good but service was little delayed, amazing buffer at just 399 with 25+ dishes served with highly high-quality serving. Truly recommend hotel near Hyderabad airport.
AC was not working, i called reception, girl informed that she will send someone to check, i called after 30 min, again she said she will send someone, i call again after 30 min, again she said she will send someone to check,
