L' hôtel est magnifique en vrai, belle ambiance, les activités proposées sont juste top. Très bonne nourriture.

L’animation et les animateurs étaient au top

La nourriture n’était vraiment pas bonne, en plus de ca un ami a eu une intoxication
L’état de la piscine était catastrophique, pas du tout digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles et au vu du prix

Pros:

La chambre n était pas prête à mon arrivée alors que j'ai reçu un message disant que la clé ne sera remis qu'à 15h,j'ai dû attendre 1 heure de plus car la femme de ménage n'a commencé à nettoyer la chambre à mon arrivée.
Le personnel à la réception n était pas accueillant et parlait très mal avec moi.

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas prête à mon arrivée alors que j'ai reçu un message disant que la clé ne sera remise qu'à 15h, j'ai dû attendre 1 heure pour que la femme de ménage fini de nettoyer la chambre car elle a commencé le ménage à mon arrivée.
Le personnel à l'accueil est très désagréable et impoli.

A limpeza e a eficiência e simpatia dos funcionários

Cons:

O facto de existirem gatinhos cheios de fome a que muitos turistas matavam a fome. Uma cadeia como a RIU ganhava em castrar estes animais e adoptá-los como pets mostrando e assumindo a causa animal
