Excellent stay, great experience
Pros:

We had short, but pleasant stay at this hotel/resort.
Despite it’s big, staff is super friendly, we did not notice single person in a bad mood. Excellent service, special thanks to Erica who gave 150% effort to get our “lost” bag with souvenirs back.
Even on the arrival day ( we had overnight flight and we reached resort by 8am, they manage to get us room ready before we could even finish our breakfast.
At this place, you come to know what “teranga” means 👍

Belle hôtel mais trop cher pour ce que ça propose.

La chambre vu sur la mer agréable

Cons:

Le buffet pas assez à chaque fois il n’y avait pas assez par exemple côtelette agneau au menu puis pas assez du coup il propose autre chose pareille pour les crevettes ect… le dessert vraiment mauvais mauvais. Pas assez varié. Les piscine sont dégradés il y’a des carreaux de carrelages qui flottes au fond de la piscine. La télé dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas mon mari a rater tout les match de foot.

Très déçu par la réception

En tant que client régulier nous étions très déçu de accueil .
Nous sommes arrivés le 23/06/2026 à midi . On tombe sur une équipe pas accueillant et pas gentille du tout bref c’est pas des réceptionniste professionnels
Je mentionne Awa à la réception soyez gentille et souriante avec les clients svp .

Excellent Stay
Pros:

It was nice to go back at Riu Baobab and plan to go back in the near future with the kids. Love the bar pool and beach as well

Je m’expliquer à 12h05 il ouvre la porte de la chambre nous surprendre en plein inimitié pour nous dire de sortir très incorrect vraiment.
