Le personnel,l'ambiance,la diversité de la restauration,le restaurant ouvert pour les gens clients qui arrivent tard,les spectacles nocturnes,chambres spacieuses

Manque kit dans les salles de bain,pas de pantoufles,ni de paignoire,pas de couettes on utilise des draps pour se couvrir,pleins de taches sur les vitres et les ascenseurs,des couloirs poussiereux.

Goed maar geen vijfsterren waard
Pros:

Schone, ruime kamers. Uitgebreide keuzes in het buffetrestaurant. De themarestaurants vielen in de smaak.

All credits voor het animatieteam. Zij stonden er van 's morgens tot 's avonds zonder opdringerig te zijn met voldoende rustmomenten.

Drie verschillende zwembaden en eentje met glijbanen zorgen ervoor dat je kan kiezen tussen rust en animatie of muziek, voor ieder wat wils.

Cons:

De akoestiek in de restaurants was erg slecht waardoor het leek of je in een aquarium zat.
De bediening in de restaurants was goed maar in een vijfsterren hotel verwacht ik iets meer professionaliteit.

Het zwembad is dringend aan renovatie toe. De mozaïektegels komen los en liggen op de bodem van het zwembad waardoor je je er aan bezeert.

Great discovery - a little jewel in Sénegal
Pros:

Great stay overall! Hotel facilities are amazing, the beach surpassed our expectations and the buffet has quality and incredible variety. Staff is nice and helpful.

The bedroom was okay, it could be bigger but the impressive frontal sea view and palmtrees made for it. The kids’ club was vibrant and our six-yearl old daughter had great fun with their activities and engagement. The water park adds to the fun, both for kids and grown-ups.

We were pleasantly surprised by Riu Baobab and left really wanting to return. Would definitely recommend for a family stay!

Pros:

Thank you for the upgrade of the room, we really appreciate your kindness and customer service. Instead of the bad experience we had with the housekeeping department… I would like to thank as well the waiter Waly, who ensured every time we were dinning to get an excellent experience at the restaurant. Thank you to Amara singer, he is such a talent. And many thanks to the TUI guide Tarik who ensured to bring us back to the airport safely and enjoy the trip. :)

Pros:

Location in the middle of no where.
Hotel was spotless clean, provided you will all you need if you want to get up and get it yourself.
No waitress service at all.
Meals you had to find your own table / clear set it yourself.
Get your own drinks.
Limited toilets no drinks available on the beach.
Staff didn’t acknowledge you in restaurants.
If you want sun be invisible in the middle of anywhere in the world this is ideal for you.
