Really pleasant but short stay at Holiday Inn Sanur
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and pillow options. Immaculately clean room. Nice outdoor dining area. Loved that it was close to a really good massage place and proximity to beach which gives you those holiday feels

Cons:

Pool area was a little smaller than expect and a slight lack of sunbeds. Design and location of the shower door. My room on G floor people from side street could see in so had to keep curtains closed, I usually like to be able to have everything open and as much natural light as possible. I was only there 2 nights otherwise I would have requested not on the G floor as it was also a little noisier as people walk through the lobby nearby. Could hear people either above or next door when they peed on the toilet. And the room next door was crazy loud like a kids party in there but not hotels fault

Good stay, beds are not the comfiest but staff fab!

Cons:

Beds weren't very comfortable, they were hard. But staff put a mattress topper on the bed when I asked after a couple of days- this helped a lot.

Staff absolutely wonderful. Nothing too much trouble. The breakfast and dining setting was amazing.

Quick walk to beach area one way and the other to all the other things like restaurants and spas

Small, clean, comfortable and quiet hotel with excellent staff and breakfast
Pros:

We loved the location as it was so close to the beach. The hotel was small, but this was perfect for us as it was nice and quiet. The staff was super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We felt very welcome there. The rooftop pool was nice and the buffet breakfast was excellent.
