Pros:

Close to ferry lanes

Cons:

Small rooms for the price, noisy Aircon in the room expensive vehicle parking for visitors and limited parking as well

Would stay again
Pros:

Stayed for a convenient and cheap stop off. Great central location. Simple automated check in for out late arrival. Comfy, clean and nice decor. The room felt surprisingly spacious for it's "micro" brand.

I like the style of the hotel

Cons:

I didn’t have a hand towel provided in my room, then when I went to use the bath mat, it was sopping wet, Which was unusual. A previous guest had also placed some medical tape over the tv sensor which was left all sticky and unable to use the remote. When I got the tape off, the remote didn’t work well. I couldn’t load Netflix. Also the soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken.

Nur die Lage und WiFi

Cons:

Das Hotel ist eine komplette Katastrophe. Ich bin seit drei Wochen in NZ unterwegs und dieses Hotel ist mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft.
Das Frühstück beschränkt sich auf Toast, Butter, Honig und Marmelade. Das Geschirr ist dreckig, im Frühstückssaal stehen Mausefallen. Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht.
Das Zimmer (211) ist völlig verstaubt und dreckig. Unter anderem waren Blutflecken auf den Kissen und den Überzügen.
Die Fernbedienung zum Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert.
Nachdem ich reklamiert habe, fand man es in Ordnung, dass man nachgeputzt hat. Keinerlei Einsicht oder Entgegenkommen.
Wie gesagt, schlechter geht es kaum.
Mir ist völlig unklar wie so ein Hotel vier Sterne haben kann.
Da sind zwei Sterne schon zuviel, wenngleich die Lage sehr zentral ist.
Geht besser woanders hin.

A great little spot in the big smoke
Pros:

Great little hotel, very clean and comfortable. Nice to have car parking that fitted my ute too. Very easy to check in and out. Rooms were well appointed and bathroom was superb

Cons:

Didn't really see any staff but the one lady we did see was very nice and helpful

The bathroom was tiny wiith very little privacy. The sliding door made a horrible sound. Breakfast that cost an additional fee was pathetic.

Pros:

The room was fine and it was handy enough to be able to walk to the shops for food etc. The bus stops were close and we found the bus drivers to be very helpful.

Cons:

I am only 152cm tall and the bed was so high I couldn't get into it without using the chair and having help, also there was only 1 chair for 2 people. We also couldn't get the tv to work.

Great value, comfortable bed, very good value for price.
Pros:

This hotel was perfectly located for a 3 day event I was attending in Wellington city. It was walking distance of everything I needed.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Virtual check in and out went smoothly.
I upgraded to a room with a skylight window which was fine. Very comfortable bed and I did not find it noisy but I did take earplugs. I slept great all 4 nights of my stay. This hotel is an ideal affordable option for work travel. Breakfast is a bit basic but it was included in my rate and great to have on long days at the event.
