Cons:

The bed was in the corner of the room so anyone getting out had to climb over the other.No room to get around the end of the bed.Not to mention the bed was 800mm high to get onto.
The shower was very hard to manage with the door opening inwards not good for overweights.The tap on the hand basin was very sloppy.No body wash,soap or shampoo supplied.Room was very musty smelling.

Lack of privacy for using bathroom, tended to go to nearby restaurant to use toilet.
Pros:

Reasonable price, good location, comfortable bed, nice shower

Cons:

Bathroom door would not slide shut. Could not get the TV to work. Poor temperature control, was too warm for sleeping.

Hotel was as expected but the reception guy was really helpful & friendly
Pros:

breakfast was adequate.
Staff were excellent
Location great-could walk everywhere we were interested in

Disappointing and unpleasant
Pros:

Location is good. Manager was very helpful.

Cons:

The room smelt as though someone had spilled milk on the carpet. Due to high dormer windows it was VERY hot upon arrival. Despite running aircon on it's lowest setting (18C) room did not cool. Manager helped by providing portable fan and closing blinds on dormer window. Was unable to move to different room due to hotel being full. Suspect carpet needs a clean and aircon needs a service. Also instructions for how to close blinds.

Convent as a place to sleep only
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Not many staff around and felt pretty soulless. Few basics missing in room, no towel rail, tv wasn’t set up for use, no reading light. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Stayed 4 nights but no housekeeping done at all.

Great for the price!
Pros:

We were in Wellington for one night, and this was such a good price for the convenience of location. It's a five minute walk to Te Papa, and allows for great exploration of Wellington's CBD. The staff were really helpful, and the room lighting was soft and warm which added to the cozy vibe of the place. We had a windowless room, but it didn't feel claustrophobic at all. The facilities didn't feel dates at all, and we were very pleased with our stay.

Cons:

The parking facilities were a bit of a nightmare. We had to perform a six point turn to be able to get out and this is with no vehicles parked next to us. If another car were to be parked next to us, it would've been a lot harder. Whoever had our room before us must have spilt water on the floor, and because our room was windowless that part of the floor stayed damp for the entirety of our stay.
