The cabin was pricey, and we were not satisfied with our experience. Overall, we do not plan to return here.
Pros:

The ambiance of the resort is beautiful and well-maintained.

Cons:

Our cabin itself was not in good condition, it wasn't clean, and it wasn't given to us immediately—we had to wait. The tissue they provided was completely soaked and wasn't replaced. The TV wasn't good either; it was hard to control because the remote was broken. The bathroom was just okay, tolerable. I don't know if it was just our cabin, but the floor was really dirty, making it hard to move around. The glass cabin lacked privacy; they said it was tinted, but people could still see inside, which was uncomfortable. The food was pricey, and they offered us breakfast but didn't inform us that it wasn't included in the package. They just asked if we wanted breakfast, so we thought it was part of the package, but it wasn't, leading to an unexpected charge. The air conditioner in our cabin was leaking and not cold enough; by around four in the morning, we were sweating because the air conditioner couldn't cool the room properly. We couldn't swim in all the pools at the time; only two were available because one poolside was rented out. Anyway, we let that slide.

Rooms need a serious improvement
Pros:

Good food
The 3 pools that the resort have

Cons:

1) room/shower has no hot water
2) wasnt able to use the jacuzzi since there was no hot water
3) room needs a refresh
4) flooring is already dirty
5) bathroom floor is always wet since the shower is leaking, sink was dirty when we arrive
6) karaoke was still playing at 1am, didnt consider other guest might already be sleeping
7) bedsheet and comforter feels overly used

It was an overall comfortable stay

Cons:

Too far, there were no grab services that can go in the resort, not so convenient

Not good for 35,000 pesos in one night, the unpolite staff
Pros:

The property was good to relax and all the swimming pools are open

Cons:

The staff approach was not good enough to make the guest feel comfortable and to feel the great experience that we are expecting

Very disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast not included …

Cons:

Cabin not comfortable …entrance door broken x2 ..most …outdoor activities not avail like massage …facial and eyebrow tattoos …i asked for 2 pillows but they charged us ….comfort room no lights ..no wi fi on the cabin ….very disappointing altho staff are friendly ..but location and place is disappointing

The Floating Sanctuary is a very beautiful resort though being renovated is worth visiting
Pros:

The Hotel is in the midst of renovation, but is very clean and the pools are nice and the landscaping is absolutely gorgeous, we plan to visit often and can't wait to see when it's finished, they are doing a lot of work on it.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was small but nice and clean, and some areas like the swinging bridge were not available because they hadn't been repaired yet but still plenty of things to do.
