לקחנו חמישי שישי שבת בבית מלון הנל.. קנינו ב30 שקל ספל של קפה היה טעים מאוד בערב למחרת בבוקר קמנו לארוחת בוקר הזמנתי קפה שלוש פעמים הגיע קפה ברמת הכן בעצמך בבית הוחזר 3 פעמים והגיע אותו דבג עד שקמתי בעצמי להתלונן.. בסוף מישהו הכין לי הפוך טעים שמכבד את המקום והסתיים האירוע הגענו ליום שישי בערב הכל על מי מנוחות מתקשר אלי הפקיד בקבלה ביום שבת אומר לי אתם יודעים הצק אאוט שלכם ב12 עכשיו אנחנו זוג שומר שבת אני לא שומרת אבל בן זוגי כן ולנו לא נאמר משהו על צק אאוט בשבת שום מילה בכל מקום בארץ זה תוספת של 200 שקל או חמש מאות שמונה מאות לכל היותר במלונות יוקרתיים יותר. אומר לי או שתשלמי על לילה נוסף (3000) ותעזבי ב8 בצאת שבת או שתשימו את הדברים שלכם פה בקבלה ותהיו בבריכה עד צאת שבת.
ככה עושים ליהודים שומריי שבת כזה אבל עכשיו מהכבוד הקטן שנותר לנו אנחנו נמצאים כרגע מחוץ לבית מלון נזרקנו ממנו ולא נתנו לנו שום אופציה אחרת אמרתי לו שיעשה לנו מחיר הגיוני שנוכל להשאר עד צאת שבת והתשובה הייתה אני לא יודע מה היה לך בצק אין ומה אמרו לך ודרך אגב הוא זה שאמר לי לפנות את החדר בשבת או לשלם מחיר של לילה 3000 עד צאת שבת או לצאת הוא זה שעשה לי צק אין גם. והוא לא אמר לנו שום מילה על זה והציב אותנו במצב של חוסר אונים לכל מי ששומר שבת שתדעו על האבל שהם עשו לנו ולא לחשוב על המקום הזה בכלל זה חוויה נוראית ומזעזעת ולפעמים מרגיש כאילו אני לא במדינה יהודית מדינת ושראל עם התנהגות מבישה כזאת
