We stayed at the Kempinski for a week and had a wonderful experience. The outstanding facilities, exceptional breakfast, and perfect location made our stay truly memorable. A truly magical experience. If I could personally thank each one of the staff member that made our stay so memorable, I would. From the breakfast to the pool and the room everything was perfect. The location being right across from the beach was a huge plus. Dinner at Katzir was the cherry on top. I will be back in a hurry.

Our family had an absolutely amazing stay at the Kempinski Tel Aviv. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every member of the team was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect.

House keeping poor
I’m halfway through my visit with mixed reviews. I was super excited to stay after reading reviews and seeing all the name dropping of people at various locations on site that have been helpful. Not our experience so far. Location is great - right on the beach, beautiful views. Rooms are smaller than I expected. Online pics make rooms look bigger than they are, beautiful view out window but no balcony. We are visiting our daughter who has been in Israel all summer. We were excited for a reunion with her and her best friends. They wanted us to pay 250 USD per person for her and her 2 friends to spend the day with us at the pool. There were at least 25 empty chairs at the pool. Food here is outrageously expensive and service is mediocre. I guess they didn’t realize that we would be buying food and drink all day for the 3 girls with pleasure at the pool. Service at the pool outside of the rude man handing out wristbands was very good - friendly and prompt. Pool is lovely. Housekeeping is average. They saw our DND just before dinner time and left a “we tried to turn down your room but you had DND sign on” so we turned on the housekeeping please sign and saw they were cleaning room next door…came back, nothing. Very easily could have refreshed towels and straightened up. And with the modernization, it is not a hanging sign, but a clear light outside your room when requesting service. Let’s see how the rest of the trip goes and I can update depending on our experience. Friends have stayed nearby for half the price and more accommodating. Yes hotel is very clean and modern with touch screen everything - I care more about spending time with my daughter then how modern the room is. Disappointed.

Be aware of hidden charges for guests to the pool, even though the additional friends are using the pool/spending money they charge in excess of $200+ PER person to have a friend visit you at the pool
I had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel Tel Aviv and was truly impressed by the exceptional level of service.
I would especially like to thank Eva at the reception. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. She is a real asset to the hotel, and I sincerely appreciate everything she did to make us feel so well taken care of.

This was, without question, the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.
From the moment we arrived, everything was a complete disaster. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the entrance staff seemed utterly incapable of managing something as basic as checking guests in. We stood at the entrance for approximately 15 minutes.
To make matters even worse, my daughter arrived about 30 minutes later to join our table, which had already been reserved for our group. Instead of simply directing her upstairs, she was forced to wait another agonizing 15 minutes before anyone would allow her to join us. It was embarrassing, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable.
After finally being seated at the table that had been specifically reserved for us, we barely had time to settle in before, less than 40 minutes later, we were told we had to move. Not because we had done anything wrong, but because of their own poor planning. They expected us to squeeze into a much smaller table that couldn't even accommodate our group, tucked away in a corner beside the service exit which completely destroyed the atmosphere we had come for.
What shocked me most was not their incompetence, but their attitude. At no point did anyone genuinely apologize or take responsibility. Instead, we were treated as though we were inconveniencing them simply by expecting the reservation they had confirmed to be honored. The arrogance, disrespect, and complete lack of hospitality were unlike anything I have experienced anywhere in the world.
This is supposed to be a luxury dining destination. We were paying premium prices for the food, the service, and the ambiance. Instead, we were treated with complete disregard and made to feel as though the staff could behave however they pleased because they believed they were above their guests.
I asked to speak with the service manager, hoping someone would finally handle the situation professionally. He arrived wearing an elegant suit, but unfortunately that was where the professionalism ended. He showed no empathy, no accountability, and absolutely no understanding of what hospitality means. Within moments, it became obvious there was no point continuing the conversation.
I stood up and walked out.
Luxury is not beautiful views or expensive décor. Luxury is making guests feel welcome, respected, and valued. This restaurant failed on every single one of those points. I would never return, and I certainly would not recommend it to anyone looking for the level of service a hotel like Kempinski claims to represent.
Excellent location along the beach promenade within easy walking distance of various attractions, shopping and restaurants. Gorgeous, large pool. Rooms and general facilities spotless and well-maintained. The staff seem to go out of their way to be helpful and cater to individual preferences. All are professional and personable. The "ladies in red" are particularly attentive.
The included breakfast is unparalleled in its variety and preparation.
The restaurant food is excellent, if somewhat pricey.
Our granddaughter was awed by the glass elevator!
I'm looking for excuses to return!
