Pros:

Tolle Lage visavis vom Bahnhof. Frühstück top. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer nett und sauber ,Preis Leistung gut. Betten mit guter Matratze, war mir wichtig da ich Rückenprobleme habe. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Alles hat super geklappt wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Im Bad gibt es einen kleinen Renovierungsbedarf. Abfluss war nicht dreckig sollte aber erneuert werden sieht optisch nicht so schön aus Spiegel hatte Rost.

Pros:

Bei Ankunft 17 Uhr war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt.
Umgehend wurde jemand zur Reinigung beauftragt.
Leider wurde 1 Bezug nicht ausgetauscht.
Auch dieser wurde umgehend gewechselt.
Über die 2 kleinen Fläschchen Aperol als Entschuldigung haben wir uns gefreut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war schon bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, die Duschwand schließt nicht richtig und das Dachfenster im Bad steht vor Dreck.

非常喜歡飯店的氛圍，每個小佈置都很有質感，沒有大飯店的氣派，但很有家的溫馨感，早餐也很豐盛，服務人員非常的親切。我們此次旅行中最滿意的一次住宿體驗，如有機會再訪，沒有第二個選擇，就是它了！

Für uns hat alles gepasst, die erreichbar kein und das Interior könnten aufgebessert werden

Die Einrichtung ist originell und das Familienzimmer war sehr groß. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und gut. Kaffee, Wasser und Eis stehen jederzeit zur freien Verfügung. Es gibt Spiel-und Sitzgelegenheiten im Frühstücksraum, die auch abends genutzt werden können

Cons:

Per Mail nicht zu erreichen, die Rezeption ist aber (theoretisch) telefonisch bis 20:30 besetzt. Bei später Anreise unbedingt vorher anrufen. Parkplatz kostenpflichtig auf dem Hinterhof buchbar. Late Check In möglich, sollte aber vorher abgesprochen sein, da ein Code benötigt wird.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, with very friendly staff, and great facilities. We were able to make hot chocolates at night and rent bikes during the day. It was perfect for commuting into Munich city as it is across from the Augsburg train station.

Cons:

Would have preferred just normal room cleaning rather than requesting it every day

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage am Hauptbahnhof. Man kommt in wenigen Minuten zu sämtlichen Zügen und Tram-Stationen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Es gab eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, die jedoch sehr verstaubt war und relativ laut im Betrieb. Im Bad war eine Fliese des Bodens locker.

Für uns war es ein toller Kurzurlaub. Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Es ist ein kleines gemütliches Hotel. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit einem großen Bad. Ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Hotel.Die Lage ist optimal und man kann gut ins Zentrum laufen. Aber wer nicht so gut zu Fuß ist kann die Straßenbahn,direkt vor der Tür nutzen. Die erste Tarifzone ist kostenfrei. Das Frühstück war super! Man konnte kostenlos den Kaffeeautomaten jederzeit nutzen und da wir zur Adventszeit da waren,gab es sogar immer Glühwein, Kinderpunsch und Gebäck, ebenfalls kostenfrei. Am 6.12. war sogar der Nikolaus da. Vielen Dank für diese nette Überraschung!
