Pros:

Location was good and available parking for EUR 5 a day was excellent.

Cons:

To be honest it was a bit dirty. From the carpet in the hallway with a huge stain to the finger marks on the toilet and pockets of dirt and dust around the room.. that was disappointing. Mattress was also terrible, very thin and cheap.

Okay stay in convenient location
Pros:

Room was comfy and nicely decorated. It’s conveniently in front of the HBF and the breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The wall was REALLY dirty and covered in dust… and I asked them to clean it, but when I came back to my room… it was still really dirty. I also disliked that the reception was almost never occupied. If you have questions, forget it.

Katastrophe!
Cons:

Wir haben um 13.00 Uhr Zimmerschlüssel erhalten, mit dem Hinweis, dass das Zimmer ab 15.00Uhr fertig sei. Um 16.00 Uhr wollten wir in unser Zimmer, haben festgestellt, dass es nicht gereinigt war, allerdings war zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine Rezeption mehr besetzt. Im ganzen Hotel war niemand zu finden. Als Telefonkontakt wird man mit einem anderen Hotel verbunden, hier kann man aber nicht weiterhelfen. Wir hatten also kein Zimmer und jetzt will man mir noch nichtmal mein Geld zurückgeben.
Für mich sind das betrügerische Absichten.

Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr gut gelegen, ganz zentral und in der Nähe von allem. Besonders praktisch war die Lage direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof.

Das Zimmer war groß und sehr hell, was mir besonders gut gefallen hat. Außerdem war das Bett super bequem.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch einige negative Punkte während meines Aufenthalts. Es waren nur wenige Handtücher vorhanden, und das Badezimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht richtig sauber.

Außerdem war die Rezeption fast nie besetzt. Das Personal war nur für wenige Stunden am Morgen anwesend, was bei Fragen oder Anliegen etwas unpraktisch war.

Ich hoffe, dass diese Punkte in Zukunft verbessert werden.

Es lohnt sich, wiederzukommen – absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Es ist bereits das zweite Mal, dass ich in diesem Hotel übernachte, und ich bin wieder sehr zufrieden. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Bett ist wunderbar bequem, und das Zimmer ist groß und sehr hell. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt erneut sehr genossen und komme gerne wieder.
