Sehr schade trotz der guten Lage würden wir es nicht mehr buchen, dabei sahen die Fotos so modern und schön aus. Schade

Leider einiges, wir buchten eine Family Suite für 4 Personen. Leider entsprach das Zimmer nicht den Fotos der Homepage. Alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Toilettentür noch sehr alt, kaputt und vom Wasser aufgeweicht. Im Bad sind einige Fliesen kaputt, Schimmel in den Fugen und der Mülleimer ( der einzige im Zimmer) hatte seine besten Zeiten hinter sich.
Licht am Spiegel funktionierte nicht, es gab eine Waage die nicht funktionierte, warum auch immer sie da stand. Bei der Ankunft war auf der Toilettenpapierrolle noch 3 Blättchen und keine neuen Rollen. Diese fanden wir durch Zufall um die Ecke im Flur. Solche Infos beim einchecken wären gut gewesen.
Die Fenster alt und es wurde mehrfach wohl schon mal Sichtschutz geklebt.
Fernseher konnte man einschalten aber nicht mehr ausschalten und einige Sender konnte man nicht schauen weil das Bild die ganze Zeit stockte. Damit das Zimmer auf Wunsch gereinigt wird muss man ein kleines Kärtchen ausfüllen und dieses an der Rezeption in einen dafür vorgesehenen Kasten schmeißen. Trotzdem wurde das Zimmer nicht gesäubert.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist vis-a-vis des Bahnhofs und damit gut zu erreichen. Der Kaffeevollautomat steht rund um die Uhr zur kostenlosen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Die Betten sind bequem.

Cons:

Das Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück haben wir als lieblos empfunden, zB waren an einem Tag die Käsescheiben am Rand schon eingetrocknet, satt geworden sind wir aber trotzdem.
Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass Personalmangel herrscht.

Pros:

Da unser Zimmer nicht der gewohnten Sauberkeit entsprach habe ich es sofort dem Hotel gemeldet. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war konnten wir aber am 2. Tag in ein anderes sogar größeres Zimmer ohne Aufschlag umziehen.

Cons:

Die Duschwanne war verrostet hatte ein Loch und sah nicht pressentabel aus.

The only thing that lets down this hotel more than its lack of facilities is its management. The manager

Absolutely nothing, it was dreadful.

Cons:

It has no staff and the facilities are well below par. I was left with no way of accessing the hotel when I arrived at night. I had to demand to speak to the manager the next day because he was initially too arrogant to talk to me. When I complained about the terrible experience I had he threatened to call the police.
