Great place to stay and walking distance to so many great temples
Pros:

The hotel was amazing the staff were the highlight and very willing to help. Their English was great too. The concierge helped us find some wonderful dinner options and with her guidance I feel we wouldn’t have had the experience we had.

Cons:

Our room had a view of a wall so that was a little disappointing but also understandable with the surrounding buildings.

Ideal base for exploring
Pros:

Great base for exploring Kyoto. Station is about 7 minute walk away or you are about 15 minutes walk away from some of the main sights. Good sized comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The rooftop bar is really nice, but there wasn't always space for hotels guests. Usually only had to wait a short while though.

Modern, de kamers , het ontbijt en dat ze een bakerij hebben.

Cons:

Ontbijt tijd na half 10 geen eitje meer kunnen bestellen. En jammer van de rooftopbar te druk om er gebruik van te kunnen maken.

Super Service des Hotelpersonals! Hatte meine Jacke im Taxi vergessen. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat Kontakt mit dem Taxiunternehmen aufgenommen und ich konnte die Jacke am nächsten Tag in der Taxizentrale abholen. Vielen Dank Nogha-Team! Vielen Dank an den Taxifahrer, der meine Jacke abgegeben hat.

The hotel feels like a second home every time we visit.
Pros:

This is the fourth time that we have stayed at Nohga. Absolutely love it. The food is great, the rooftop bar is fun with great views and the lobby bakery is the icing on the cake.
The staff are terrific, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel has an exceptionally friendly atmosphere.

Modern and clean hotel with a great bakery downstairs
Pros:

Great hotel with modern design and facilities. The bakery and coffee shop on the ground floor serves amazing baked goods and coffee. We enjoyed staying here.

Cons:

The rooms are relatively small but laid out well so it’s not that bad.
