Location was great, staff was so attentive. I was able to open my window which overlooked the garden for extra airflow which was wonderful! Already booked to come back!
I could see some people feeling the room is a little tight, but this was fine because it was just me. Also could use some updating. Can also hear some noise in the hallways with doors opening/closing; thankfully I was at the end of the hall so it wasn't too bad.
It is small
Good location in the Haight. Nice lobby. Friendly and helpful staff.
Room was VERY cold. Presence of space heaters suggests we are not the only ones who find this to be a problem. Noise from the street also not great.

The Metro is my go to whenever I need a hotel in San Francisco. Be stayed there so many times I lost count. Never a bad experience!
Room and washroom size is very small and facilities like, tea , coffee, fridge is not available

Perfect place to stay for a solo or couple to stay for 1-3 nights. Excellent location! All kinds of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Only drawback no elevator, rooms are up some steep stairs. Not recommended for elderly or disabled. Otherwise felt like I was staying in a charming boutique hotel in Europe.

Very cute hotel in a nice area of SF. Very walkable. Our room was tiny (we knew that ahead of time), but had all the necessary amenities and was perfect for a short stay.
The staff was fantastic, accommodations wonderful...
it would be nice to have an ice machine on the property.
(And hopefully a lovely restaurant next door.)
