Location is good for those who aren't planning on spending all their time within the city centre - Plenty of shops nearby so you can stock up before driving to the next destination. Property is clean and quiet, great for getting some well needed rest after long travels. If you're driving remember to book their secure parking (very limited).
Pretty much everything was great
The bed was just a little bit uncomfortable
Staff very friendly.
Not a lot of information in the room regarding in room dining. Breakfast was the same every morning very cluttered I felt. Only coffee cups no mugs for tea.
Such a lovely place to stay. We could not fault it.
We most certainly would stay here again. I wouldn’t even bother looking for somewhere else!

Not a lot. Maybe a decent breakfast spread if I have to pick one.
A clean room is possibly the most basic expectation from a hotel. Unfortunately the housekeeping at this one is terrible and despite repeated requests to the housekeeping staff in the morning we came back to rooms that hadn’t been vacuumed, dirty cups from the morning and bathrooms that hadn’t even been looked at.
Breakfast, staff and amenities
The property was located very conveniently near shops, both the remarkables and coronet peak, as well as a short drive into Queenstown to enjoy what the city had to offer.
Nothing! Everything was amazing
Location, proximity to airport, shops and ski slopes, overall a pretty nice place.
The restaurant is actually amazing and the staff are great.
The elevators are terrible, one morning we waited for 5 to go past us as all were full, the second was locked and not moving, the other kept going to the top and filling up on the way down, avoid floor 1 if you want to avoid this.
Room cleaners are super inconsistent, we also had pillow slips and bed sheets on the floor because of a tea spill and they just got out back on the bed.
Tv damaged.
Air conditioning was not adjustable or was inconsistent, we turned it down as low as possible and still had many hot nights.
