A wonderful, comfortable stay with stunning views by and excellent service, we would happily stay here again.
Pros:

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient with easy access to the airport, Frankton, and central Queenstown. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

Nothing significant to mention. Our stay was very enjoyable and met all of our expectations.

Gorgeous Views and the food is to die for.
Pros:

Service unreal, rooms nice and restaurant had amazing food. Location was great for a stay before at the airport

Cons:

A little expensive, but so is everywhere in queenstown so I guess it's actually great value for money.

Best Hotel in area.
Pros:

Lovely room, not knocked about like so many hotels close by, we have stayed in. Great pillows and comfy bed. Good amenities.

Cons:

Not such a friendly young lady at reception. Sofa had stains on it.
Parking is an issue. Not enough allocated Holiday Inn Parks. Then have to scramble to try and find one close by on street.
