Room was very quiet - room rate good compared to other nearby hotels.
Queenstown hotel rooms are expensive compared to other locations! however Holiday Inn was a good price compared to other hotels. Only one comfy chair in room. Very limited guest parking. Why is the music so loud at 6pm in bar restaurant area? makes it difficult to have a conversation.
Nice modern hotel. Spacious room with helpful staff on check-in and in the restaurant.
Limited retail options close by as this is a new and up and coming area.

Not enough free car parks outside and 20 dollar charge for basement car parking a money grab.
Close to Airport
Close to airport but need car to get anywhere else. Room was clean and tidy.
Hotel has only a few car parks which were not surprisingly full. Bit of a walk to offsite parking (not free). The lift from the entrance we then came through was broken so had to carry cases on stairs.
good view but far from the center
Handy location to airport, shops and where we needed to go. Excellent customer service from Hotel staff, very helpful from when we checked in till we check out. We had breakfast included in our stay and that was even better. Thank you
No fault from us
Quality of the food was great, location for us was good. Rooms modern, well equipped and maintained. Staff exceptionally helpfull and friendly.
Limited bar licence preventing staff serving beverages after 10 pm to guests staying. No nightcaps here!! :-(
