I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again. The location was absolutely perfect—very close to the airport, with a bus stop just around the corner and shops only a short 3-minute walk away, which made everything super convenient.
The room itself was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—I had some of the best sleep I’ve had while traveling. The blackout curtains were also a huge plus, making it easy to rest without any disturbance from outside light.
Overall, a really pleasant experience with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Good location to airport
No complaints
We liked our room, it was clean and comfortable with a mountain view. We were able to get one of the few carparks for a small fee per night which helped. Having room service and a restaurant was a bonus.
It was a little far out from the event centre and gondala in Queenstown. We had to drive into town but car parking in town was not the best. However, it did make heading off to Milford Sound, and entering and leaving Queenstown much easier. (It would probably be good for access to the airport, too.)
