The location although near the airport it was a convenient place to stay. Lots if shops and the bus was easy to get to and from Queenstown

Pros:

Room facilities, room service was excellent, along with friendly and wonderful staff.

Cons:

The bed and the pillows were bit on the soft side according to my preference, which did affect the quality of sleep.

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Location was great, very quiet. Great having a bath when you have young children. Nice complimentary drinks and snacks. Lovely staff.

Only one, no milk in fridge.

Great hotel in a very convenient location
Pros:

Great hotel. One of the few in the area I think with a decent restaurant and bar.
The room was well designed with lots of lamps and very comfortable beds.
Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Limited free parking onsite. So you end up paying extra for parking in the basement.
