A week spent at the Australian Open tennis and the location was perfect.
Pros:

Fabulous modern styling, plenty of storage for suitcases and hanging of clothes. Bathroom was excellent.
Our room had a wonderful large balcony overlooking Swan Street.

Pros:

amazing customer service from Sam. had an issue with our aircon after hours and he was an incredible help and so accommodating! thank you sam!
also cleaning service staff were all so lovely and friendly. and the apartment was immaculately clean.

Good location with everything you need

Location is great. Staff communication was fantastic prior to arrival. All in all a great option which I will use again.

Cons:

Lack of shelf space in the bathroom led us to use living area for bathroom item storage. Not ideal.

Room was clean and staff were super helpful letting us check in early since the room was ready and storing out bags for the day we left. Location is great and good amount of space in apartment + 2 bathrooms.

Pros:

Great location and the apartment was excellent. There was a slight hiccup with the access card but it was sorted over the phone (we checked in out of hours) in a couple of minutes. Will definitely stay here again.
