Great apartments for a stay in Melbourne!
Pros:

Very good location in the Richmond area as we were surrounded by bars and restaurants. We were located very close to trams stops which made getting around very simple. Apartment was very spacious and was the perfect size for two couples with a divider door between the two bedrooms which gave a nice bit of privacy (almost like two apartments in 1!).

Lots of lovely brunch spots, coffee shops and bars nearby so would fully recommend these apartments for a stay in Melbourne. It’s approximately 1.5H from the airport and can be accessed by uber or tram and/or train.

Cons:

WiFi wasn’t the best. We had to hotspot from different apartments as the WiFi in our apartment wasn’t working so the connection did drop out frequently. What I would advise in hindsight is getting an eSIM; I naively thought the bigger cities in Australia would have lots of free WiFi which wasn’t the case.

You only get housekeeping once a week. Would’ve been nice to have this twice during our stay

Comfy and clean however that beeping noise made it so unenjoyable

Something out the front of it my room was beeping all night!!! Couldn’t sleep. It was horrible. I couldn’t work out what it was.

Great location for a great choice of restaurants
Pros:

Great location for transport, MCG, restaurants. The deck was lovely to relax on

Cons:

Parked outside door to check in and got a parking ticket (after reception said it was fine). Not really their fault but just warning others to park outside after registering at the parking machine.

Spacious, spotless clean and a great location. Highly recommended
Pros:

The room was spacious and so clean. Comfortable bed with great water pressure in the bathroom. The balcony was a good size and the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. It didn't take long to get to the city by tram. Highly recommend

There was nothing we didn't like

The apartment was hot. I couldn't find the A/C option, only Heat and Fan. Ended up sleeping with the balcony door open.

Great location, Cool vibe, quiet and very clean, great size apartment.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to great restaurants and pubs and a 30 minute walk to the city.

Overall good, would consider staying again.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, great late check in, convenient location, clean.

Cons:

Wifi is very slow, unable to stream anything. Not that they can assist this, but mobile reception is also poor so not even really able to use my phone data. Thankfully not around much during the day so easy to deal with. Also having a shared aircon with the other apartment is a bit silly, arrived and the room was 30 degrees and could not put it on cool because the other room has control. Seems a bit silly, and to not have a fan because the fan setting on the controls felt like no air was moving. Poor airflow through the window because they do not open that far as well. Made for some tricky night sleeps.

Great apartment, thoroughly enjoyed our stay - will be back!
Pros:

Comfortable, quiet and clean. Everything was as advertised. Great value for money and in a great area of Richmond. Trams handy, walking distance to everything.

Cons:

Minor amenities supplied - didnt get the opportunity to replenish.

Exceptional stay
Pros:

Very easy to catch public transport and was close to a local supermarket and restaurants.

Cons:

The bed linen could have been better for example a doona cover instead of a sheet over the top of the doona and a fitted sheet not a flat sheet tucked in as I was finding I was remaking the bed everyday.
Our outdoor area also smelt of cigarettes.
