Cons:

Es ist ein Budget Hotel ohne Flair und dafür zu teuer. Wir hatten 2 Toypudel dabei und mussten 20€ pro Hund pro Nacht bezahlen. Das ist absurd, zumal nicht einmal ein Napf bereit gestellt wurde.

Lift kaputt.

Top Innenstadt Lage, bequeme Betten und gute Zimmerausstattung.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Es sollte noch mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Ein krümeliges Sofa im Zimmer macht keinen guten Eindruck.
Schwierige Kommunikation mit der Rezeption, aufgrund schlechter Deutschkenntnisse des Mitarbeiters, keine Barzahlung möglich.

Pros:

Habitación muy amplia y com todo lo necesario.
Cama súper cómoda.
Hotel muy tranquilo sin ruido.
Desayuno muy completo y de calidad.

Me guardaron el equipaje durante unas horas habiendo hecho el check out

Cons:

Que no me limpiaron la habitación durante 5 días, cuando pensaba que se limpiaba cada dos. No por necesidad de limpiar pero si por reponer papel higiénico, té o recoger las basuras.
Uno de los recepcionistas me pareció muy borde, los demás muy amables

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag Richtung Hof. Leider befindet sich nebenan ein Paketzentrum der DHL, ab 06:00 Uhr morgens wurden die Fahrzeuge lautstark beladen.
Als wir zum Frühstück kamen, war gerade das Büfett komplett leer, die Tische waren voller Krümel und Kleckerflecken, das Geschirr musste man selbst abräumen. Der Preis im Parkhaus beträgt 30,00 Euro pro Tag. Da es in der Nähe keine anderen Parkmöglichkeiten gibt, hat man keine Wahl. Einer der beiden Fahrstühle war defekt.
