Zweckmässige Übernachtung für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in Potsdam
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut, die Altstadt von Potsdam war gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

Der Checkin Vorgang musste an Terminals vom Gast mit Hilfe des Personals selbst durchgeführt werden. Ich empfand das als sehr unpersönlich. Beim Einchecken wurde unsere Gruppe gleich darauf hingewiesen, in welchem Zeitraum wir auf keinen Fall zum Frühstücken kommen sollen, da dann der Andrang besonders gross wäre. Das sollte ein gut gemeinter Rat sein, kam bei uns aber eher negativ an, da ganz offensichtlich die Frühstückskapazitäten nicht für ein voll ausgebuchtes Hotel ausgelegt sind.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, fußläufig vom Bahnhof und damit schnell in Berlin, aber auch super um Potsdam per Fuß oder Boot zu erkunden. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Zimmer angenehm ruhig. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Hotelbar hat faire Preise.

Cons:

Der Abzug im Badezimmer war zu schwach und da die Fenster nur gekippt werden konnten, war es schwül im Bad. Etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Frühstück wäre schön, zumindest am Sonntag.

Pros:

Für eine Geschäftsreise prima Hotel. Gute Lage nahe am Zentrum und zum Bahnhof. Alles sauber. kein Schnick-Schnack.

Cons:

Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Hotel an sich in Ordnung, das Frühstück hat, unseres Erachtens nach, noch Luft nach oben
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel's ist sehr gut. Kurze Wege zur Innenstadt, zum Bahnhof und zu einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer war sehr gut und ruhig. (Lage zum Hinterhof) Das Bad ist ausreichend groß. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher und ein Bügelbrett inkl. Bügeleisen. Check-in und Check-out sind einfach.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist, an sich, in Ordnung. Allerdings gab es jeden Tag die gleiche Wurst, den gleichen Käse und Aufbackbrötchen die meist nicht ausreichend gebacken waren. Der größte Kritikpunkt für uns war, dass wir jeden Tag genau das Geschirr prüfen mussten, da sehr häufig Reste von Eigelb, Fett etc. darauf zu sehen waren. Der Geschirrspüler scheint nicht so optimal zu funktionieren. Als wir das an der Rezeption einmal reklamiert haben, bekamen wir zur Antwort: dann müssen Sie eben einen anderen Teller/Tasse oder Schüssel nehmen.

Tolles Hotel, würde ich wieder buchen!
Pros:

Sehr gute zentrale Lage,sehr sauberesZimmer und groß mit einem gemütlichen Sessel, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, das fand ich ungewöhnlich und sehr gut!!!
Das Hotel hat eine Bar, an der wir um 1:15 noch Getränke bekommen haben, toll!
Fahrradkeller, Tiefgarage und ÖPNV nur 300 m entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln :)
