Pros:

Location was the best..... everything was close by. Very quiet, assumed no one else was staying there.

Cons:

The one and only thing was the bed. Call me biased because I spent nearly 4k for my mattress. I would stay again.

Overall, good for the amount of money.
Pros:

The convenience. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The apartment was clean but the laundry equipment could be attended to.
There is a quiet time in the courtyard after 9PM but I’m not sure the residents are aware of it, There were a couple of loud nights. Perhaps a few posted signs around the building would help.

Easy walking around between the property and the Haywood Mall and riding on buses to head down to downtown GreenvilleSC
Pros:

Very elegant room, with nice Queen sized bed and two (2) flat screens.

Cons:

That some customers were noisy at hours that’s considered sleeping time.
