Good enough but not the best or worst
Pros:

They had a family mart right outside

Cons:

It took so long to check in and it wasn’t an speaking staff. Also they said we couldn’t get towels before 11 am but then came in and gave them

Pros:

Location right outside Futenma base, convenience store downstairs, amenities are well-thought off, they are not stingy with snacks if you get the one with free wine, snacks room

Cons:

Laundry is located in a different floor from my room, I needed to go to the front to have access to it, breakfast is not good, very limited variety, they didn’t change or rotate anything the entire week, no bread options, no toaster

I also didn’t like the very flat pillow. It deflates so much once you lay your head on it

Always clean, comfortable and affordable!
Pros:

I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions that were pre-planned and also last minute. The grand hotel is always accomodating and welcoming with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are always spotless and they’re one of the very few places that offer a big bed which I love. I’d definitely stay again.

Pros:

旁邊有全家不用擔心肚子餓，今早退房才知道下午到晚上某個時段櫃檯旁邊有個可以坐著休息區，提供啤酒跟氣泡水無限喝的類吧檯區有點可惜，有陽台很棒，但癮君子一樣不能在陽台區抽煙喔！會罰款

美中不足的地方是枕頭非常扁塌，感覺跟沒躺枕頭一樣，側睡的話不好睡
